I don’t know what “The Majority Report” is. I’ve never heard it before, and not surprising. Anyone can make a backdrop, set up some mics and produce a show. It looks very much like any other news show, except for what they say, except for how they interact, like they are people in their living room, after a few beers. That’s fine, but take it for what it is.
AOC is awesome. The chosen clip was a very generic statement about how government works. One I learned in 7th grade. Having never seen a SC impeachment, I don’t know how those work, so I can’t say why it hasn’t begun.
Just a few things that this so called “Report” show fails to address: Eisenhower had an incredible amount of power and influence, and he didn’t have militia groups running around killing people. If Biden added 3 judges, the next Republican President would add 6 more. The power of mid-term elections and the way we have been flipping Dem/Repub Presidents is more difficult to overcome than most of the political issues. Their claim that a high approval rating (which they exaggerate to 90%) has been overridden by gerrymandering and the money in primaries. Republicans can get people in office like Boebert and MTG, and they own the South and rural North by lying about immigration and election fraud, creating more votes in congress from fewer actual citizen votes. Not to mention voters just not wanting to participate at all since most of them get to choose between two conservatives, just one of them calls themselves “Democrat”.
So, YouTubes like this pander to people who think one guy, the President, can fix all that. They add to the divisiveness. They may be legitimately frustrated liberals, but they don’t have solutions. Either they are doing something that makes them feel good, getting click-bait in the process, or they are trying to destroy democracy. You can’t really tell.

I’m using MO because it’s not only the state I live in, but it had a trigger law that made abortions illegal. In fact, MO started defunding PP before the Supreme Court decided to make women second class citizens again and kill many of them.
Sadly, some states may go to requiring proof of residency in order to get an abortion. This keeps second class citizen women in MO and other states from leaving the state and getting an abortion in another state, UNLESS they can somehow forge proof of residency.

My list was not just a “gish gallop”, it made the point that the President today has very different powers than FDR did. Today’s President can run a “police action” in another country for decades, but they don’t have direct checks on the Court and they don’t make laws. Let’s go back to the brainwashing- every baby (aka blastocyst) is a gift from God. No one can kill the life God created. Every baby (aka blastocyst) is created by God (not sperm and ovum). In some cases, this goes back before conception and women cannot take birth control, because it’s killing the gifts of God. Women are a vessel for God’s gifts. And the BIG ONE a woman cannot say no to her husband. If he wants sex, she has to give it to him, no matter what and she has to accept the gift from God that occurs after that. Birth control is attempting to be God and rejecting his will. If God says you will have 20 babies, you have to have them, no matter what, because they ALL gifts from God (not sperm and ovum created).
That type of brainwashing takes a LOT of talent to undo, especially since they were homeschool and brainwashed into believing this crap. Their parents converted to a cult before they were born, bred a bunch of humans, brainwashed them, and now we have a bunch of Duggar Families all brainwashed. They won’t even take vaccinations, because if you get sick and die, that’s God’s will too. You cannot overrule/override God’s will or you are sinning. That’s what it’s come to and it’s crazy. Birth control is a sin, because attempts to control one’s life instead of letting God control your life.
It’s INSANE, but this is what I’ve heard from these brainwashed young people. I do believe many of them were born in the Quiverfull Movement, given that doctrine.
