With that, how are we doing with our democracy nation? If all else fails add more regulations or blame it on Trump. Now you want to add ERA to the constitution. That will backfire. It is the whites who have the less equal rights. And are now a minority in our most populated state.
Better look at Baltimore city. A city close to 90% democrat voting. School administrators inflating enrollment. Wanting more than the $1.4 billion they have for teaching. Almost everyone in charge is black. Yet the claim is the problems are caused by white racism. Go figure that one out. Baltimore’s crime rate is higher that countries with Level 4 advisories. A test given to 628 high school students, 484 of them tested at an elementary level. 71 students reading at a kindergarten level. 88 students reading at a first-grade level. 45 reading at second grade level. Only 12 high school students were reading at grade level.
All this was done as equality. Now all the students graduate. It would not be equality if they didn’t.
Years ago, our country decided on equal pay rights. Congress set up the department of labor with the task of writing job descriptions for every job in America. They did and updated the book of job descriptions each year. The book was bigger than a big city phone book. After they got most of the job descriptions down. They found out that many of the jobs required more than one job descriptions. Some jobs required a book of job descriptions. Each year they eliminated more and more job descriptions altogether. By the time they ended the book. Over one-third of the book was job descriptions for working in the personnel department. And no one cared that they stopped working on the book. Because no one use the book except government personnel departments for hiring personnel employees.
I guess you could label the equal pay job description book an equality book that show how well the government can manage equality. Trump did the best action for equality by requiring job requirements to use experience and not just educational levels for government hiring.

If something illegal is being done, then the courts can handle it, right? I’m not going to explain immigration law to you, because you will change the subject again and ask a meaningless rhetorical question.
Do you think that whoever is president gets to decide how the laws are interpreted? I assume you don’t, which is again the reason for courts, and we have people who make and change laws, in a procedural, legal way.
You prioritize the items. What do you feel is the most important to you.

What we have are offenses connected with mob violence that are simply unlawful acts in disturbance of the peace which do not threaten the stability of the government or the existence of political society.

I really don’t know what the big deal is about the border when we have school shootings. Seems to me the kids are more important and should not be killed by active shooters. Things like that didn’t happen prior to the 80s or 90s. We need to inforce guns, as well as create sensible gun laws. Actually, I rather be like the UK concerning guns. We really do not need them in today’s world, but of course gun nutters will disagree vehemently.
I’m sorry, I got to stop watching the news. We have these border agents that claim they can’t enforce the laws because of department orders. They feel their hands are tied on enforcing the laws. The courts have ruled that the stay in Mexico laws must be enacted. But we have a president who is moving illegals around the country to airports. After the airports are closed at nighttime and not enforcing the court rulings. Also have congressmen talking about impeachment for not following the law.
Enforce guns. We can’t enforce guns. Guns are a right. America is about people having rights. We need to teach morals. I think we had better morals back in the 80s & 90s.

It’s the particular news source that you might want to change. I suggest a variety of sources, then apply reasoning, for example:
A border agent is not a lawyer, and the orders they are given have changed, even the law might not have changed. So, they are not a good source for what is right or wrong in the eyes of the law.
When you say, “the courts”, what do you mean? Have you noticed that district judges can disagree, and sometimes disagree with federal judges?
I’m not going to track down the story about moving “illegals” around. I’ve spent too much time debunking your claims in the past.

4U, a few decades back I had a crew from England working with me in the aerospace industry. Wondering if there was anything that they needed that I could help them with. They said newspapers from England. My reply was that I could do better and bring them the LA Times. They said the Times did not print the whole truth. That set me back, America was all about the truth. They bet me $50 that I could pick out any stories in the LA Times and compare it to the BBC newspaper and I could see the difference. And that I could be the judge. Cost me $50.
Then a decade ago I was researching the NSA banking system. And ended up following the life of an NSA banker. After the WWII he was sent to Texas to use the IRS to shut down radio stations that did not subscribe to the AP Wire. Our government wanted all news broadcasts to use the AP wire. There was a list of 300 people who were allowed to stop any news that was considered sociologically bad for the public.
Glad when Al Jazeera News out of Qatar started broadcasting. Started getting facts that made logical sense. Wondered how long until our government shut them down. Wasn’t long and Al Gore bought them out. And Al Jazeera America was created and became just like the other mainstream news.
Today, there are several choices. Fox News is good but limited in coverage. WION is good but also limited. FT is straight up. But also limited. Put all three together and you can get a good picture of events. The Wall Street Journal is still good. Use to read it for economic news religiously. Today they also have specials that they put out every week or two that are in-depth and quite good.
I have always wondered if the government was paying the main-stream media for coverage. About a month ago I watching a congressman being interviewed in congress about a bill that would pay $50K or 50% of the main-stream journalists wages. His reply was, that he thought that taxpayers were already paying the full wages. It is on my list to research more. Just have not had the time. Maybe you could research and fill me in.
