When The Washington Post Fact Checker team first started cataloguing President Donald Trump’s false or misleading claims, we recorded 492 suspect claims in the first 100 days of his presidency. On Nov. 2 alone, the day before the 2020 vote, Trump made 503 false or misleading claims as he barnstormed across the country in a desperate effort to win reelection.
On the campaign trail, many Republicans talk of violence
Trump is a pathological narcissist and does not give a hoot about truth.
He takes what he wants and when he doesn’t get it he cries foul!
How many people have already been convicted of crimes committed on Trump’s behalf ?
How many people have pending lawsuits against Trump?

FACT - neither Trump nor any of his high-level accomplices–including Bannon, Navarro and his coup lawyers such as Rudolph Giuliani and John Eastman–have been charged with trying to overthrow the government. Trump and his coup accomplices, far from being held accountable by the Select Committee or the DoJ, continue to cultivate a fascist movement within the Republican Party hell-bent on overturning the remnants of democratic forms of government in the United States.
FACT: The dotard et al are Federal Felony criminals. The 1/6 Committee is currently investigating a case for the DOJ. The DOJ will and is taking it from there because there is enough evidence to charge all of them with a crime. Bannon is already charged and is facing a court of law currently with the possibility of serving time in prison. So your fact deal is total BS and means nothing, except that you support the dotard et al. That’s all it means.

In the US, by law, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty . That requires a fair trial where the accused is entitled to legal representation.
The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.
It has been most visibly tested in a series of cases involving terrorism, but much more often figures in cases that involve (for example) jury selection or the protection of witnesses, including victims of sex crimes as well as witnesses in need of protection from retaliation.
In my memory, the rights guaranteed by US constitution are not guaranteed to no US citizens.
