It is Russia that has a history of encroachment on other sovereign country’s borders. That’s why countries request to join the NATO “defensive alliance” and are then only accepted by full consent of the member nations.

The US and their NATO allies are pushing the Ukrainian army to make all these dangerous counteroffensive moves against Russian forces in Kharkiv region before the Winter starts.
