To me that disqualifies a person from enjoying the privileges and unrestricted and unfathomable freedoms afforded a US President. That is why Trump sees his relationship with the US as adversary and at war over Trumpās life, not the lives of tax-paying working persons within its bordersā¦
But that privilege currently rests with Biden, and if he considers Trump a threat to American security he has the Constitutional power to declare Martial Law.
