I hate war and any kind of violence. I urge that all disputes be settled peacefully.
But there is an overriding law of nature. Those who survive to have offspring will inherit the earth. Human genocide by humans is the lowest form of survival.
And yet you suggest destroying all of a certain group of people. You can’t take a side then say you are the side of peace.
Israel. You say Israel is justified in bombing and invading Gaza because of international law and a world that won’t enforce that law. But Israel was breaking the law and you say Gaza should have used those courts and the world justice system. But you say the justice system isn’t working. You have to apply your logic evenly, or it’s not logic.
And your logic solves the problem of Hamas’ terrorist attacks that kill thousands of Israelis and their American guests?
By logical laws of cause and effect, it is Hamas that carries the responsibility to stop their terrorist practises. I don’t see any Israelis hacking off the heads of Palestinian children. That is what Hamas does with Israeli children.
You may want to revisit your logic. Israel is under an existential threat!
If they don’t fight, they die! All of them and Islamists will be dancing in the streets. Think about it.

Jewish people are right when they don’t want to be the subjects of another genocide.

We do know that Israel’s neighboring countries were and are opposed to Israel’s very existence and have started every war, but to the victor belong the spoils.

Most of the neighbouring states of Israel have accepted the existence of this state, and have normalized their relationship with it.

Years ago, pre-facebook, but after the Berlin wall came down, I saw a major network interviewing Jews and Palestinians. One nice, middle age, mother from Israel made a strong statement about building a wall and how eventually all Palestinians had to be eliminated.

That is associated with cronyism and despotism. I don’t see you supporting that in any other discussion. It is the opposite of merit and reasonableness in affairs of politics.
