The rope, bullets or lethal injection?

Gee, could it be that Trump also fired Comey because he asked him to drop the Flynn investigation but he refused.

Donald Trump directly asked the former FBI director, James Comey, to drop an investigation into his former national security adviser, Michael Flynn, according to notes kept at the time by Comey and first reported on Tuesday by the New York Times. “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go," Trump told Comey, according to Comey’s record of the meeting, as reported by the Times. “He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go." The latest crisis to beset the White House came just 24 hours after the first reports emerged of Trump having shared classified intelligence with Russia during Oval Office talks.
Looks like Trump shared highly classified information with the Russian government. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/world/us-politics/trump-russia-intelligence-sharing/article35013934/
The Trump White House has been engulfed in a new controversy after it was revealed that Mr. Trump disclosed highly classified information to Mr. Lavrov about a planned Islamic State operation.
For someone who claims to not be a traitor, Trump sure acts like a traitor.

Guess who also thinks that Trump is a agent paid by the Putin government?
Republican House Majority leader Kevin McCarthy.

A month before Donald Trump clinched the Republican nomination, one of his closest allies in Congress — House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy — made a politically explosive assertion in a private conversation on Capitol Hill with his fellow GOP leaders: that Trump could be the beneficiary of payments from Russian President Vladimir Putin. “There’s two people I think Putin pays: Rohrabacher and Trump," McCarthy (R-Calif.) said, according to a recording of the June 15, 2016, exchange, which was listened to and verified by The Washington Post. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher is a Californian Republican known in Congress as a fervent defender of Putin and Russia.
The guy is a traitor, at some point the republicans are going to have to face this and deal with it before it causes irreparable damage to the US.
Where are all the Trump supporters around here? They are strangely silent.
They're all back at the Kremlin getting new orders is my guess.

So let recap.

  1. Multiple sources indicate that the Russian government worked to undermine the last US election in the favor of Donald Trump.
  2. Sources indicate that Putin has compromising information on Trump.
  3. Multiple members of Trump’s campaign team including his son-in-law had constant contact with Russian officials and intelligence agents throughout the run-up to the 2016 election.
  4. Trump’s first National Security Advisor Mike Flynn was forced to resign because he also had multiple contacts with and probably turned sensitive material over to the Russian government.
  5. Another member of the Trump team Erik Prince, had a secret meeting with Russian officials in the Seychelles.
  6. Trump fires FBI director Comey after unsuccessfully trying to get him to drop the probe into Trump’s connections to the Russian government… which are extensive as has just been detailed.
  7. Trump turns over highly classified material to the Russian government during a White House meeting.
  8. Even the republican leadership knew of Trump’s compromising relationship with Putin well before the last election as can be seen with comments by people like Kevin McCarthy.
So when is the republican party going to step in and do what is best for America and not itself. The fact that Trump was able to go as far as he has indicates very serious issues withe US political system and most directly the republican party which almost certainly places an agent of a hostile power in the most powerful office in the US.
As Darron mentions the republicans are oddly silent on this unfolding crisis. And it is a crisis having the US Commander in Chief being so totally compromised.
If their intent is to destroy not protect and preserve the United States of America then they seem to be on the right path.

And it just keeps getting more bizarre by the day.
National Security Trump asked intelligence chiefs to push back against FBI collusion probe after Comey revealed its existence By Adam Entous and Ellen Nakashima May 22 at 6:23 PM https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/trump-asked-intelligence-chiefs-to-push-back-against-fbi-collusion-probe-after-comey-revealed-its-existence/2017/05/22/394933bc-3f10-11e7-9869-bac8b446820a_story.html President Trump asked two of the nation’s top intelligence officials in March to help him push back against an FBI investigation into possible coordination between his campaign and the Russian government, according to current and former officials. Trump made separate appeals to the director of national intelligence, Daniel Coats, and to Adm. Michael S. Rogers, the director of the National Security Agency, urging them to publicly deny the existence of any evidence of collusion during the 2016 election. Coats and Rogers refused to comply with the requests, which they both deemed to be inappropriate, according to two current and two former officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private communications with the president.

So Trump told the Russians - for whom he is being investigated for being an agent for - that firing that “nut job” Comey has taken the pressure off hi on the Russian “thing”.
First off, the pressure isn’t off, it’s increased because Trump has now added obstruction of justice to his treason charges. Comey was doing his job defending the US Constitution, Trump isn’t working for anyone but himself and the Russian government.
Trump is almost certainly the most deranged and irresponsible leaders in US history, the fact he thinks he’s in the clear somehow now indicates just how totally detached from reality he truly is.
http://www.cnn.com/2017/05/19/politics/trump-russians-nut-job-comey/

President Donald Trump bragged to two top Russian officials last week that firing "nut job" FBI Director James Comey eased "great pressure" on him, The New York Times reported Friday. "I just fired the head of the FBI. He was crazy, a real nut job," Trump said, according to the Times. "I faced great pressure because of Russia. That's taken off." Trump's Oval Office meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian Ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak came one day after Comey was fired.
To be clear, even if they paying him or have compromising information on him, Donald Trump is responsible to the oath of office he took. Which means if he has foreign loyalties that supersede his loyalty to the US Constitution then he has in fact committed treason. This makes anything that Benedict Arnold did seem insignificant, if this plays out wrong then the US could be destroyed by this lunatic.

Also think about it, Trump fired Comey the day before his meeting with the Russian Foreign Minister and Ambassador…basically his masters.
Comey was fired to make them happy, not because he wasn’t doing his job. Comey was doing his job and this is one more piece of information that the US has become Russia’s bitch as long as the psychopath Trump is in the White House.

The implications of this are that the Russian government demanded the removal of the FBI director and Trump complied in time for his meeting with the Russians.
What will they demands from Trump next, the nuclear weapons release codes?
It’s impossible to overstate the danger the USA is now in.

You also have to ask WTF is the republican dominated Congress doing?
Do republicans hate democrats so much now they’re willing to destroy the entire nation to take the Dems out. Trump isn’t the only thing that is insane here, the republican party itself is acting in a highly irrational way. First off in allowing a Russian backed psychopath to hijack their party… then in pretending that it’s safe to have him in the Oval Office. The US hasn’t faced a crisis like this since 1861, it was a republican president that saved the nation then.
It’s a republican president that is threatening to take the US out now.

Do republicans hate democrats so much now they're willing to destroy the entire nation to take the Dems out.
Short answer, hell yes! Like the psychotic lover, who'd rather destroy everything than allow their lover a little freedom. That's what happens when blind self-interest and faith-based fantasies become one's guiding light. Incidentally, you've overlooked the Trump disregard for American secrets or it's secret service agents ...
Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador By Greg Miller and Greg Jaffe - May 15, 2017 https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/trump-revealed-highly-classified-information-to-russian-foreign-minister-and-ambassador/2017/05/15/530c172a-3960-11e7-9e48-c4f199710b69_story.html ... The information the president relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government, officials said. The partner had not given the United States permission to share the material with Russia, and officials said Trump’s decision to do so endangers cooperation from an ally that has access to the inner workings of the Islamic State. After Trump’s meeting, senior White House officials took steps to contain the damage, placing calls to the CIA and the National Security Agency. “This is code-word information," said a U.S. official familiar with the matter, using terminology that refers to one of the highest classification levels used by American spy agencies. Trump “revealed more information to the Russian ambassador than we have shared with our own allies." ...
But do those flag waver give a damned?

Another good question is why would the Russian government decide to use the republican party as a means to attack the US?
I think the answer is that because more and more the republican party has been attacking the US on it’s own. Republicans compete to see who can deny climate change the best, attack fact based science like evolution and keep demanding that the already wealthy be made more so while everyone else in the nation struggles with a smaller and smaller piece of the apple pie.
The republicans are a party largely of extremists like the Tea Party which if anything is anti-government and in the end anti-Constitutional. They had no problem backing Trump because in the end he’s there kind of guy. Even if he is working for the Russians. He’s a totally self-absorbed egomaniac, in Trump’s world it’s all about Donald. Just like in the republican world it’s all about them and screw everyone else.
The republicans deserve to lose big next fall… if the US is still around.

Another good question is why would the Russian government decide to use the republican party as a means to attack the US?
Well, look at the Tea Party at the heart of their misguided passions is a genuine desire to dismantle our government as we know it and return it to something out of mythology. Why wouldn't a shrewd predator sniff that one out in a hurry? Then in an all together different arena we had Breitbart and Bannon's passionate sociopathic hatred of our government. Why wouldn't a shrewd predator sniff that one out in a hurry? Putin is probably the smartest politician, hell Master of the Universe going these days. But as they say, this too shall pass. Pssst, been checking global weather reports? :blank:

Jared Kusher had even more contact than has been reported before with the Russian government during last years General Election.

U.S. President Donald Trump's son-in-law and close adviser, Jared Kushner, had at least three previously undisclosed contacts with the Russian ambassador to the United States during and after the 2016 presidential campaign, seven current and former U.S. officials told Reuters. Those contacts included two phone calls between April and November last year, two of the sources said. By early this year, Kushner had become a focus of the FBI investigation into whether there was any collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, said two other sources —one current and one former law enforcement official.
What will it take for the republicans to wake up to the danger this has put all the US in.

World War III, and I'm not at all sure that would get through to them, either. They'll spin everything that happens to get themselves off the hook. Lois

So now we have the former director of the FBI fired by Trump for investigating him stating in front of Congress that Trump is lying about his connections to Russia and his interactions with him. And Trump’s only reply is to double down and claim that Comey is committing perjury. Which means that trump is almost certainly guilty of obstruction of justice and quite likely treason of the highest order, he’s betrayed the office of president and his oath to defend the Constitution.
Trump’s whole world is based on lies, that’s what the Art of the Deal is, deceiving everybody about who and what Trump actually is.
Trump’s support is rapidly disappearing, 90% of Democrats strongly disapprove of him and even his numbers are down by 10% with republicans. Overall 30% of Americans approve of Trump 5 months into his “presidency”.
He’s a sinking ship, the GOP has a couple of choices or faces serious problems in the upcoming mid-terms. They can stage a coup and go with Mr. Psycho who’s now in the Oval Office… or they can begin the measures to get rid of the worst choice of president in US history. One that was originally picked by Putin to run America.
“Crooked” Hillary sure looks like an amazing choice now that the Trump wrecking ball has begun demolishing all of America with Vlad the impaler at the controls.
