Parents, be wary of the hidden danger of vaccines!

MY UNSEATBELTED CHILDREN ARE ALIVE AND MY SEATBELTED SON IS DEAD! BY Stephanie Mushwit This is my journey… I can’t say I believed in seatbelts. I knew nothing about them, because I am too fucking stupid to independently inform myself, but I put my child in a seatbelt. It’s what you do, right? You do what the government and the car industry tell you and what your parents and the media advise you to do. Well I did it, without so much as a question or thought into it. Within moments of my crashing our SUV into a light pole because I was drunk, my boy, restrained by the seatbelt, was crying and screaming. Later, I noticed burns on his skin from where the belt, this foreign material, cruelly dug into him. Within six months this very healthy, placid baby was dead. The doctors said that he had a rare genetic disorder, but I know it was the seatbelt. Today I have 3 healthy, totally unseatbelted children. I still drive drunk, but have not had an accident with my children in the SUV. I know if I do, however, and they go crashing face-first through the windshield, their faces dotted with shards of glass and their skin torn to bloody shreds, this will be good for them. Their natural immune system will shield them from harm. The million bits of glass in their flesh will have a salutary effect. Please see my new book geared toward the gullible, "Melanie's Marvelous Millions Bits of Glass in Her Face." Thanks for buying, because I profit from it! Yours in Wellbeing, Stephanie Mushwit
Your little vignettes aren't funny. Beneath the surface they are sarcastic and full of vitriol. The analogy doesn't fly, not even a little bit. You are truly vermin David to attack a woman who lost a child from vaccination.
The analogy doesn't fly, not even a little bit. You are truly vermin David to attack a woman who lost a child from vaccination.
Its actually a very apt analogy. You just refuse to see the comparisons, and David did not attack the woman in the story. What he did was point out the absolute folly of assigning cause and effect to an anecdotal story. You don't see a cause and effect in his story because you are willing to believe that the risk of wearing a seatbelt is outweighed by the benefit. You choose to see cause and effect in your own story because it supports your preexisting beliefs. Just because you want to believe there is a cause and effect does not make it so. He is rightfully spoofing YOU, not the mother in the "story" you posted.

I just saw this comment in the blog about stephanie messenger that David linked to.

Dan have just come accross your post on Stephanie Messenger. You are so right about her. I should know. I was once her sister. She did not lose her baby to vaccination, I was there. He had a genetic disease passed on from his father. Her first husband. ...Melanie is actually my daughters name and I have been told that my other daughter Sarah is mentioned as well. I have not read the book but feel most upset as both my girls were immunised with no problems as was her baby. Remember I was there.
This post could be totally Bogus but then again so could Stephanie's story since there is no way to authenticate it. It is interesting that even before I came across this post as I read Stephanie's story my medical intuition started to raise red flags that made me suspicious of its authenticity. It would be nearly unheard of for a child to be deathly ill and for physicians to predict they were going to die without having any diagnosis at all. It would also be nearly impossible for that child to have died under such mysterious circumstances and not have an autopsy which would then uncover the cause. These two facts alone made me suspect the facts in this story form the start. Not that it makes a difference because even if the story is true it says nothing about vaccine safety. Again its an anecdotal story that provides no reason to implicate the vaccine except that the mother in the story chooses to do so. It dos show the lengths that antivaxxers will go to in order to promote their religion.
Your little vignettes aren't funny.
I think they are hilarious. Very often, I crack me up
Beneath the surface they are sarcastic and full of vitriol.
As all good satire is. Satire is another thing of which you are wholly ignorant. Satire is a way of expressing outrage at -- for example -- contemptible morons who put children at risk by trying to dissuade their parents from vaccinating them. There are real heroes out there -- doctors who, right now, are in the Islamic State, covertly vaccinating children at the risk of their own lives, since the Islamic State, like you, opposes vaccines. You are in good company with the Islamic State.
The analogy doesn't fly, not even a little bit.
It's wholly apt, as the doctor explains.
You are truly vermin David…
LOLWUT? OMG, I thought there were rules against insults here! :snake: Until further notice to cease and desist, I shall now call you what you are: a lying witch.
... to attack a woman who lost a child from vaccination.
 She did NOT lose her child to vaccination! Too bad, so sad for you!

However he used her to spoof me, it was done in very poor taste. He's vermin.

I can't imagine that she would go to such lengths to make this story up. I can say the same thing about you and your cronies. This just shows what lengths pro-vaxxers will go to promote their religion.

Ah, anecdotes, anecdotes, where did I put those provaccine anecdotes, oh, here’s a hundred. How many would it take to convince anti-vaxers? One, a hundred, thousands, hundreds of thousands? If empirical evidence, our own resident physician and vet, lots of skeptics with no “belief” systems, sarcasm ( good analogy BTW) can’t convince her then “religion” is the proper term for anti-vaxers. My advise, join a Bigfoot expedition or a group to save the baby Plesiosaurs in Loch Ness.

I can't imagine that she would go to such lengths to make this story up.
And that's because you know her personally? Yeah I didn't think so. Again as I said it doesn't matter if its made up or not because it doesn't provide evidence to support your ideas.

This woman is a filthy huckster, and I doubt that she ever lost a child for any reason. But even if she did, the child did not die of a vaccine.

Something tells me she will just dismiss them all as " well people do die from these diseases sometimes but more die form vaccines". I have a great idea. Why don't we do a study to see if there are more deaths from vaccines or vaccine preventable illnesses. Oh yeah peacegirl doesn't like studies. She likes to be able to pick and choose her facts. BTW - Can you hook me up with the Save the Baby Plesiosaurs group. They sound a lot more rational than the antivaxxers and probably a lot more fun too :-)

Don't try now to make up for your despicable spoof! You have no idea what her situation was, and you have no idea whether her child died of vaccine damage. This just shows to what lengths you people will go to hide behind your pro-vaccine religion.

Just starting the group Mac, I mean Someone needs to stand up for these babies before the big Pharm guys try to destroy them with their salivating profit motivated vaccines! Damn “no true Scotsmen” anyway.

You are typical of a person who speaks pro-vaccine propaganda. If this is representative of the people in here, there is no point in me continuing because you're all of the same mold. I don't trust anyone just because they are resident physicians or vets. For every resident physician who stands behind 49 vaccines by the age of 6, there are resident physicians who are taking the opposite stand.

Same old propaganda! Couldn't you be a little more inventive David? They could have given this baby genetic testing to confirm his condition. The fact that this wasn't done makes me wonder.

Vaccinosis: Health Hazard of Routine Vaccination
Most pet owners aren’t aware of the dangers in animal vaccinations that have been discovered in recent years. The major veterinary associations now agree that vaccinations can trigger all sorts of maladies, from allergies to cancer - but most pet caretakers (and many veterinarians, it seems) haven’t gotten the word. “With vaccines that are repeated year after year, the frequency and severity of these side-effects in our pets has increased dramatically. Most of the problems involve the immune system. After all, the immune system is what vaccines are designed to stimulate. But they do so in a very unnatural way that can overwhelm and confuse the immune system.” - Dr. Donna Starita Mehan, DVM
Pet Vaccination: Adverse Reactions -
Placing Our Animals at Risk
Dr. Ronald D. Schultz, Ph.D…- “Annual revaccination provides no benefit and may increase the risk for adverse reactions. The percentage of vaccinated animals (those vaccinated only as puppies) protected from clinical disease after challenge with canine distemper virus, canine parvovirus and canine adenovirus in the study was greater than 95%.” Current and Future Canine and Feline Vaccination Programs. Dr. Ronald Schultz is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Pathobiological Sciences at the School of Veterinary Medicine, UW-Madison. Schultz, R.D. - Current and Future Canine and Feline Vaccination Programs. Vet Med 3: No. 3, 233-254, 1998
Dr. Charles E Loops DVM - “The first thing that must change with routine vaccinations is the myth that vaccines are not harmful. Veterinarians and animal guardians have to come to realise that they are not protecting animals from disease by annual vaccinations, but in fact, are destroying the vitality and immune systems of these same animals they love and care for. Homeopathic veterinarians and other holistic practitioners have maintained for some time that vaccinations do more harm than they provide benefits. Vaccinations represent a major assault on the body’s immune system… Vaccine induced chronic diseases range from life-threatening conditions such as auto-immune crises to conditions destroying the quality of life of an animal as in chronic skin allergies.”
Dr. Dee Blanco, D.V.M - “You take healthy animals and often very quickly after you vaccinate, you can see simple things like itching of the skin or excessive licking of the paws (right photo), sometimes even with no eruptions and licking of the air. We see a lot of epilepsy/seizure, often after a rabies vaccination. Or dogs or cats can become aggressive for several days. Frequently, you’ll see urinary tract infections in cats, often within three months after their [annual] vaccination. If you step back, open your mind and heart, you’ll start to see patterns of illness post-vaccination.” See vaccinosis symptom of severe inflammation of the tail.
Dr. Pat Bradley, DVM - “In a general and frightening context, I see the overall wellness and longevity of animals deteriorating. The bodies of most animals have a tremendous capacity to detoxify poisons, but they do have a limit. I think we often exceed that limit and overwhelm the body’s immune system function with toxins from vaccines. The most common problems I see that are directly related to vaccines on a day to day basis are ear or skin conditions, such as chronic discharges and itching. I also see behavior problems such as fearfulness or aggression. Often guardians will report that these begin shortly after vaccination and are exacerbated with every vaccine.”
Dr. Donna Kelleher, a Seattle-based veterinarian who uses acupuncture and chiropractic, says that improving an animal’s immune system will negate the need for most vaccines. Vaccines, she says, have been shown to cause auto-immune diseases. “I feel they may be responsible for arthritis, skin, liver and kidney problems as well."
Dr. Dennis Macy DVM - “We should not allow politics and tradition or greed to enter the decision (on frequency of vaccination). Changing vaccination schedules doesn’t have to mean less profit, but that you have more income from some clients and less from others. Veterinarians and the industry need to have guts to be honest with ourselves and assess the risk and not be trapped in tradition.” – Dr. Dennis Macy in “Are We Vaccinating Too Much?” AVMA Journal, 1995
Dr. Christina Chambreau, DVM - “Routine vaccinations are probably the worst thing that we do for our animals. They cause all types of illnesses but not directly to where we would relate them definitely to be caused by the vaccine. Repeating vaccinations on a yearly basis undermines the whole energetic well-being of our animals. Animals do not seem to be decimated by one or two vaccines when they are young and veterinary immunologists tell us that viral vaccines need only be given once or twice in an animal’s life. First, there is no need for annual vaccinations and, second, they definitely cause chronic disease. As a homoeopath, it is almost impossible to cure an animal without first addressing the problems that vaccines have caused to the animal, no matter what the species.”
Shock to the System
Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association - Adverse events diagnosed within three days of vaccine administration in dogs
A study of more than 2,000 cats and dogs in the United Kingdom by Canine Health Concern showed a 1 in 10 risk of adverse reactions from vaccines. This contradicts what the vaccine manufacturers report for rates of adverse reactions, which is “less than 15 adverse reactions in 100,000 animals vaccinated" (0.015 percent). Additionally, adverse reactions of small breeds are 10 times higher than large breeds, suggesting standard vaccine doses are too high for smaller animals.
A great number of studies have shown that when you vaccinate an animal, the body’s inflammatory cytokines not only increase dramatically, but so do the brain’s inflammatory chemicals. Many pet guardians observe changes in a pet subsequent to the first series of animal vaccinations - lethargy, vomiting, itching, ear or eye discharge, to name but a few. The veterinarian will reassure you that these symptoms are normal. Sadly, for some companion animals, these symptoms worsen and lead to death. For other pets, they lead to a lifetime of health problems.

Adverse reation to vaccines
Vaccinosis: dog’s tail reaction to vaccineDog’s tail - (photographs courtesy of Sherri Regalbuto)
My German Shepherd dog Shasta, had a similar looking tail. It was a direct result of adverse reaction to vaccines. The inflammed area of the tail would swell up with fluid and became extremely sensitive, painful and very itchy. Poor Shasta would constantly bite and lick the area. Correctly prescribed homeopathic remedies can often undue the damage caused by vaccines. Homeopathy is noted for its success to antidote or remove the toxic effects of vaccines and to re-establish balance in the organism and restore health. Certain homeopathic remedies taken after vaccination can minimize vaccine damage. A professional homeopathic vet should be consulted for more information. Dr. Falconer DVM also uses Transfer Factor to help support the animal’s immune system before and after vaccination. Some people have found that marine phytoplankton is also effective in improving their animals’ overall health.
My other German Shepherd dog Kuuma had a different reaction to vaccines. Soon after I rescued Kuuma, I noticed an inflammed spot 2 or 3 inches in diameter on his left thigh which he constantly licked. That was precisely the spot where he had been vaccinated. I treated him with homeoapthic remedies and rubbed neem oil on the wound. Whithin a few weeks the area was healed. A few years later, Kuuma experienced a bizarre symptom of sudden A side view of Shirley’s German Shepard Kuumaand unexplained strange behavior. One afternoon, he became restless and started crying in pain anytime I would just walk by him, as though the movement of the air was hurting him ?!?!? That same morning, we had an hour long walk in the hills and he was perfectly fine. At home, he laid by my side all day, sleeping peacefully.
Front view of KuumaThe symptoms occured suddenly by mid-afternoon when he woke up. When I tried to pet him, he would yelp as if he had been hit. He was in constant pain, yet he had no injury and no fever. I suspected vaccine reaction and tried numerous homeopathic remedies such as Silica, Thuja, as well as Rhus Tox and Arsenicum for his restless behavior, but none helped. That night, poor Kuuma could barely sleep and cried almost all the time. The next day, I gave him a single dose of the homeopathic (nosode) remedy Lyssin (hydrophobinum) 200 C and within hours, I saw major improvement. For the first time in 18 hours he was able to sleep again and wouldn’t yelp in pain everytime I walked by him. If I had left this dog with a dog sitter or in a boardingplace, I would have been convinced that someone had mistreated him severely. Kuuma is a very healthy, fearless high spirited dog. I had never seen him looking so pittyful and miserable before. Lyssin is available from Dr. Charles Loops DVM – (A few hours after giving him Lyssin, I also gave him a single dose of Lachesis 30 C when I observed that sleep agravated his symptoms)
Book Cover: Mark of the BeastVaccines ‘are making our dogs sick as vets cash in’ Profit-hungry drug companies and vets are ‘frightening’ dog owners into inoculating their pets more often than necessary, according to Canine Health Concern. Some puppies have developed conditions including autism and epilepsy after a raft of injections, it warns.
Dr. Richard H. Pitcairn, D.V.M., Ph.D - “For some readers the very idea that vaccines are anything but wonderful and life-saving may come as a surprise, and it’s not a very pleasant one.”
Dr. Blanco DVM notes that while more and more health care providers become enlightened and refuse to vaccinate their kids and patients, they often forget about their animals. This seminar will be a reminder that the animals are under a huge assault with vaccinations. Dr. Blanco will expose the trade off of using dangerous vaccines against acute disease verses the risk of increased chronic, debilitating disease. She will analyze the dangers of vaccine ingredients such as thimerisol, aluminum and formaldehyde and the related disorders of behavior including ADHD-like tendencies, aggression, seizures, chronic distemper, chronic parvo and chronic rabies. She will also give recommendations for using vaccines in the safest manner (only where required by law), not using vaccines at all or using homeopathic nosodes. Dr. Blanco will show how the historical model of small pox vaccinations and their following diseases gave much information to the homeopathic treatment of vaccine induced illness - the model she uses daily. She will also explore the lack of animal rights in medicine and vaccines specifically.
In 1997 Canine Health Concern conducted a survey on 4000 dogs and found that 61.5% of dogs developed liver failure within three months of being vaccinated ,73.1% of epileptic dogs first became epileptic within three months of being vaccinated, 64.9% of dogs with behavioural problems started to be a problem within three months of vaccination.
TWO VACCINE PETITIONS:
Aimee’s Rabies Exemption LawRabies is the only vaccine that is mandated by law, yet lawmakers do not understand how vaccines work and that “more” (i.e. yearly) is not better and can actually be harmful to pets. Anti dog legislation is rampant in this country, and the only way to stop it is for ALL pet owners to band together and contact legislators, both local and outside their area. These laws spread like wildfire to other areas once passed, and none of us (i.e. our animals) is safe. Please phone, fax or email your opposition to public officials. Changing the law in Kansas (and then Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas etc) could stop similar laws from being implemented in your city/state.

Boost the immune system for Prevaccination Protection
Dr. Falconer DVM
I get this question more often than I used to: “If I’m not vaccinating my animal against parvo and distemper (or ----) do I need to avoid contact with other animals?" The norm has been for my patients to come to me already vaccinated, so the easy answer, based on duration of immunity, was no, the immunity should persist for “years if not the life of the animal." Now that people have thought more about the dangers of vaccination, it may be that some are choosing not to vaccinate until later in life (pups at 12-16 weeks old, for example), to be sure the minimum number of vaccines will give long-lived immunity. They may be using homeopathic nosodes before that, or may be opting to not vaccinate at all. What to do for these guys? Keep them in a bubble, away from all exposure to possible disease causing germs? No. That’s impractical, and, unless you have a strictly indoor cat, not much fun.
The goal is to have an immune system that can defend the animal against exposure to parvo, canine or feline distemper, kennel cough, FeLV, strangles, flu, Rhino, etc. If you opt to have the strongest immune system possible without the risks that vaccines confer, use the preventative program that keeps the immune system strong safely and efficaciously, and without risk to the animal. That, in my opinion, is daily dosing with the Animal Health supplements utilizing Transfer Factor products coupled with excellent nutrition, should be an adequate support and boost to the immune system to get your animal out in the real world, benefitting from natural exposure to viruses and bacteria that can make the immune system stronger.
Question to Dr. Falconer: does vaccination (or over-vaccination) causes overactive immune reaction (autoimmune disorder) or does it cause suppression of the immune system?
Dr. Will Falconer D.V.M: “The answer is YES. Probably both. Vaccination confuses the immune system, as I point out in my heartworm eBook. So, it could go either way, or alternate over time between the two. Transfer Factor is a natural nutritional product that help support the animal’s immune system. A healthy immune system is capable of helping the body heal itself. Transfer Factor should be given before and immediately after vaccination for at least a few weeks to help ameliorate the confusion (when someone is faced with a mandatory vaccination, or has decided they want to give one). By giving the immune system with Transfer Factor, the immune intelligence should be able to better sort through the confusion, though I’m not sure that’s measurable.”
Testimonials about a dog and a horse’s full recovery from severe adverse effects from vaccination with Transfer Factor
Homeopathy is also renowned for its success to antidote or remove the toxic effects of vaccines and to re-establish balance in health. Certain homeopathic remedies such as thuja, sulphur and silica taken before and after vaccination can protect from vaccine damage. Please consult a professional homeopath for more information. (see list of holistic and homeopathic veterinarians) Many families are now also using homeopathy ‘nosodes’ as an alternative to vaccines for their children and their pets.
Nosodes are available from Dr. Charles Loops
Rabies Vaccines
Are annual shots a risk for dogs? Like a good pet owner, Pat Wohrley followed her veterinarian’s advice and took her dog in every year for vaccinations. Now she thinks the vaccinations, including a rabies vaccine that the city of Wichita requires yearly for dogs and cats, cut her dog’s life short. Sadie, a shepherd-setter mix, had to be euthanized in 2002 after she contracted an autoimmune disease that caused her body to attack its own red blood cells. Veterinarians at Kansas State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine told Wohrley they thought Sadie’s illness was a “reaction from all the vaccines she’d been given throughout her life,” Wohrley said.
Many vets and many of the world’s leading veterinary experts and researchers indicate that pets are being over vaccinated but the laws require us to continue doing it because there are no US rabies vaccine studies done per US government standards to prove without any doubt that revaccination is not necessary. Our government has allowed pharmaceutical companies to give arbitrary rabies revaccination guidelines without proving how long their product is effective.
World-renown vaccine research scientist and practicing veterinarian, Dr. W. Jean Dodds of California, and pet vaccine disclosure advocate, Kris L. Christine of Maine, have established The Rabies Challenge Fund to raise money to fund a 7 year rabies vaccine challenge study in the United States. Many dog caregivers across the country are becoming more and more aware of the possibility that over vaccination can have harmful effects on dogs - and the rabies vaccine is no exception. The incidence of rabies exposure in companion animals and humans, though very low today, still remains a distinct possibility. Consequently, the Federal and state governments require every dog to be vaccinated triennially (still even annually or biannually in a few states) against rabies. However, the veterinary community is increasingly concerned that rabies vaccination given this frequently is not only unnecessary but also responsible for inducing adverse reactions that lead to both acute and chronic immunological and other disorders. Although a French medical study completed in 1992 showed that rabies vaccine is protective for at least five years, Federal and state legislatures have not accepted this finding. Thus, the health and well-being of millions of dogs in the United States remain threatened by the potential for adverse vaccinal events.
THE BIG SCAM–RABIES VACCINATION
By: Dr. John Fudens, D.V.M.
“All mandatory rabies vaccination programs are colorable law, in that they have been passed and mandated upon the pet owning public by certain vested interest groups. Who are these groups? First and foremost are veterinarians, in general, and veterinarian medical organizations. Second are the local animal control personnel, bureaucrats and politicians. What are their reasons? GREED, POWER AND CONTROL. Both these large powerful interest groups stand to benefit greatly by having rabies mandated by colorable law.”
“Veterinarians receive a large percentage of both their gross income and profit from vaccines given in the office. On average vaccines cost 60 to 95 cents per dose and are charged to the client at $15 to $25 per injection and substantially more in the large cities. Therefore, if veterinarians lobby to have a colorable law passed to give rabies vaccine every year that enhances their financial picture.”
“The vaccines, particularly rabies, are a political and economic scam being forced upon pet owners because they do not know the truth.”
All Veterinary Schools in North America Changing Vaccination Protocols
Recent editions of the Senior Dogs Project’s newsletter have reported on the ever-broadening trend of eliminating vaccinations for adult dogs, except for rabies, where required by state law. We have now had a report that all 27 veterinary schools in North America are in the process of changing their protocols for vaccinating dogs and cats. Here, in a nutshell, are the new guidelines under consideration: "Dogs and cats immune systems mature fully at 6 months. If a modified live virus (MLV) vaccine is given after 6 months of age, it produces immunity, which is good for the life of the pet (i.e., canine distemper, parvo, feline distemper). If another MLV vaccine is given a year later, the antibodies from the first vaccine neutralize the antigens of the second vaccine and there is little or no effect. The titer is not ‘boosted’ nor are more memory cells induced.
“Not only are annual boosters for parvo and distemper unnecessary, they subject the pet to potential risks of allergic reactions and immune-mediated hemolytic anemia. There is no scientific documentation to back up label claims for annual administration of MLV vaccines. Puppies receive antibodies through their mothers milk. This natural protection can last 8-14 weeks. Puppies and kittens should NOT be vaccinated at LESS than 8 weeks. Maternal immunity will neutralize the vaccine and little protection (0-38%) will be produced. Vaccination at 6 weeks will, however, delay the timing of the first highly effective vaccine. Vaccinations given 2 weeks apart suppress rather than stimulate the immune system. A series of vaccinations is given starting at 8 weeks and given 3-4 weeks apart up to 16 weeks of age. Another vaccination given sometime after 6 months of age (usually at 1 year 4 months) will provide lifetime immunity.”

Chrissie Mason B.R.C.P., Ph.D. - “I am becoming seriously concerned at the increase in the cases of Auto-immune disease, and the Canine/Feline vaccination program which I consider to be inextricably linked. Certainly, I do not stand alone in holding these views, as a number of Orthodox Veterinary Practitioners have expressed their concern over the incidence of certain types of illness suddenly appearing after avaccination has been administered. Often these are severe skin disorders, gastrointestinal disturbances, sickness and colitis symptoms, all of which have been observed and recorded. A further occurrence observed by some Veterinarians is that of a tumour or growth appearing directly on or around the sight of the annual injection, this is particularly noticeable in the feline world, and can take the form of fibrosarcoma. The horrific results of allowing the unecessary vaccination of companion animals to continue Indeed, the list of symptoms that can be linked with the over exuberant vaccination programme appears endless: warty growths, tumours of both malignant and benign type, seizures, skin problems, bone and joint disorders. In America the Veterinary Immunologists claim that vaccinations should only be given once or twice during an animal’s life time. There is no need or evidence to prove that annual vaccination programmes are either essential or effective. On the contrary research suggests that no dog over the age of 7 years of age derives benefit from the annual vaccine programme. Furthermore, those animals submitted to the annual boosters, go on to display exacerbation of joint related ills in later life.”
