The lower courts may judge, but the Supreme Court has become a political tool for Trump.
This said, in my memory, they did not follow him when he wanted to change nationality rules.
Dems need to show the average American people that they care for them, and have workable propositions.
As long as they will not do this work, they will get miracles sometimes, but will not win back the hearts of the people.
I have a lot of trouble figuring out what side is on. He steers his arguments by sneaking in a premise unrelated to what is being discussed. He creates absolutes and ignores broader issues. Maybe the one example he picked is one where Trump and SCOTUS have it locked up, but that doesnât change the power of the judiciary.
You are right, the judiciary has power, as long as it uses it in an impartial way.
When, for instance, the Supreme Court reverses a consistent case law to decide that federal judgesâ principled decisions no longer apply across the country, it significantly increases Trumpâs power to behave illegally.

It is going to take a couple years to remove the technocratic leadership from the government departments. Some like the Dept. of Education will most likely have to be closed.
As far as New York. It isnât that big of a deal. The power is in the money. The money was coming from Ukraine and USAID. As Ukraine is being looked at more and the Democrats were unable to impeach Trump for talking to Ukraine. The Ukraine funding was at risk of drying up. Thus, we got the Inflation Reduction Act funding for the Green New Deal to take its place.
As Trump has been going after the funding. And I have heard that as much as 90% of some political funding for some far left and political projects are really being paid for by US tax dollars. The Democrats are very worried about Trump closing the US tax dollars for their partiesâ goals. Thus, we now have the Democrats wanting 1.5 T to open the government. This will refill NGOs with tax dollars to fight the Republicans.
