They are rumours. President Biden will be fine, but like the dotard, they are both mentally and physically too old to handle the duties of the presidency. Keep in mind, the dotard and President Biden are only three years apart. Neither one of them are capable of being president physically and mentally. However, President Biden is not deathly ill.
