I really don’t get it when a single politician is labeled as someone who “created terrorists” or “perpetuated racism”. Most of the time, it’s incompetence. I don’t think these folks are that good at lying, so when they say something like “we have to bomb the village to save it”, they are doing their best to describe their strategy.

I caught parts of a 2 hour radio piece on 9/11 and the rise of bin Laden, and how the Taliban kept showing us their strategy, but we wanted to hear if OJ was guilty. There’s a podcast by the same journalist, that goes more in depth. Click Here.

Why would corporate media discuss social reforms in Afghanistan? The biggest gains were made in the decades where the whole world was waking up to human rights. We hear about it when they come into conflicts, like a school girl getting shot in the face. We hear about the gun fire, but it happened because a whole bunch of people were trying to reform the country, and get girls in schools.
