the Florida condo disaster - I live under a rock, what is this one?

I had two different people visit overnight this weekend, so making breakfast for them kind of took me away from my traditional CFI forum time. Also, I’m scraping, removing old satellite cables, cleaning out landscape rock, then painting the east of my house, so I try to get that done in the early morning. Sabolina, you are about the size of a tic-tac on my radar screen.

Florida condo disaster - 1/2 of a 12-story condo collapsed in the middle of the night (Thurs - Fri) +100 still missing.

40yr old building. “Passed” recent inspections, but concerns raised a few years back.
