If I recall correctly, you are French, yes? I returned yesterday from a tour through Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Italy, and Germany. I toured the WWII museum and the Colmar Pocket region. It was very educational to see the sacrifices the French made, and the French appreciation of America. I love that you care about our place in the world.
Like you, I have strong concerns about what our country will be with a trump victory. Personally, I would like Biden to drop out now and let a younger democrat run. The Economist recently had an article on possible replacements.
I had a pleasant lunch with students of Heidelberg University. Those students share my fear. They also admit that they fear a Nazi return. It seems, politically, that the one bright spot today is Britain.

I think that Biden should declare martial law and arrest the SCOTUS jurists who voted against the Constituional tenet that all men are created equal except the president, thereby signing their own treasonous warrant.
And as amatter of State , Biden can arrest Trump for reasons of National security and have him executed for treason. All perfectly legal as declared by the SCOTUS in their official capacity as final arbiter of law.
According to SCOTUS, those actions would be perfectly legal as they wouldbe matters of state and Biden would be acting in the course of his official status as president.
Let’s stop fooling around with all this legal mumbo jumbo. Get this thing resolved once and forall, before it is too late to do anything at all.
Given the wording of the ruling, SCOTUS could say, “yeah, well, we meant those other official acts, not these”

All he has to say, “I deemed it necessary for the preservation of the presidency itself”.

In effect they signed their own death warrant. The president can just arrest them as being “necessary”. The SCOTUS voted themselves out of business.

Imagine what Trump would do with that ruling if he were president.

This no longer in court. This is the highest court that has declared immunity.
It is up to the lower court to sort out the “personal” from the “official”.
But the president only needs to declare that in his judgement he is acting officially and no one is going to stand in his way or he will “officially” have you arrested.

Momentum building to remove biden although he has declared he will not leVe the race… every day there are major gaffs he cant afford . Said today he was the first black vice president yesterday he said he was proud to be a black woman.
His interview today with stefanopolous was another train wreck. Said the debate was just a bad day and blamed it being tired from heavy schedule travelling overseas . When stefanopolous pointed out he had a 12 day break from his overseas engagements to the debate , he then claimed he was sick. Which is it joe???
