I heard this on NPR this morning. I’ll find the link later. It was an interview of a woman from the House, complaining that the Democrats in the Senate had signed off on a bill to give more money to border security without getting any promises about treating children better or otherwise improving the situation. When she said, “Trump Democrats” I thought she had misspoke, but Steve Inskeep clarified it. My hopes for the future are not high today.
