It was a stunning moment in Olympic figure skating, when Alysa Liu, free of tension and stress gave a fearless performance for gold at the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Games.
One of a number of items that makes her magical is the shear joy she exudes as she’s skating. Spot on timing helps too. Fun song also helps. Although let’s not forget the dedication and thousands of hours of focused high octane training this young lady put into training her body and mind, to achieve such perfection.
