I agree and I never said anything to the contrary.
What I said is about the criminal charges against him where the criminal evidence is overwhelming.

He has already lost a civil case to the tune of half a billion dollars, which also involves a criminal element. He has already been found guilty of that civil case , and the evidence for that case also applies to the criminal element of that case.

So the status is that “unless Trump is re-elected he will be convicted of crimes and will be held accountable in some way.”

The actual criminal cases are just starting and according to "knowledgeable " lawyers and judges the only thing that can prevent him from jail time is if he wins the presidency again and becomes immune from prosecution.

Trump never won anything by popular vote. The last time he won the presidency through the “electorate college” back-door.

Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by 2.9 MILLION votes, but the smaller states delivered more electoral college votes.

If Trump loses this time , he will be convicted of “crimes” and “unlawful” behavior.

You said it doesnt matter either way in trumps immunity case as biden will be president. The question is why ?

This is a confusing thread. Taking a little more care wouldn’t hurt. Lawyers can pull stunts. So saying definitively that a rich person will lose a court case is not supportable. You’ve presented no legal argument, just told us to watch the news.

I know he’s guilty morally. Trump has admitted it. But if he can classify the payments as legal expenses, or at least defend they weren’t for his campaign, he could get “not guilty”. He won’t be innocent, but it won’t matter.
