Social boundaries can change. Especially by generations. If you travel to China I think you will realize different social boundaries than if you had gone to England.
If you wanted to teach freedom of speech in China compared to England are you telling me you could not know there was a difference?
When it comes to Malala Y, no she is not a working part of the local work force of Pakistan. She is part of the educational system in England.
Why do you think Malala Y didn’t go to China to study philosophy, politics, and economics instead of the University of Oxford, London.

I specifically said, “people like Malala”. She’s not the only girl who wants to go to school. They don’t want to leave their country to the Taliban. They consider learning is part of their culture.
Sorry, you could have worded it differently. You used her name and I had never heard of her before. So, how would I know of people like her?
And the elders of the country have the job of making sure that they keep the countries values in place.
Hey, that’s life. It is not the American taxpayer’s job to pay to police her country and rights and send our kids to die for her. Today the American taxpayers are going to be paying more to heat our homes so that we can send gas to the EU because Biden is shutting down the Nord Stream 2. He is hurting France, Austria, and Germany. Who paid 12B for the pipeline. They wanted the Nord Stream 2 because they are now paying 5X more for heating than a year ago. We can expect to pay 30% more now because of Bidens actions. He is not hurting Russia. He is hurting the EU and America. He shut down America’s projects. And now started them back up. Instead of us getting our prices back down a little bit. Harris said yesterday that we are all going to have to pay more. Russian people are not paying more. Putin moved while the air was cold, and the prices were high. Biden just tried to drag it out and Putin wasn’t buying. Life is not always fare, and we cannot always fix everyone’s problems.

I figured you were talking about someone from Afghanistan. She was from Pakistan. But I made the Taliban connection. She must have been on the swamp networks. I want news not propaganda. Fox does commentary too. But it is more in line with the rules of laws. I enjoy a lot of their coverage. WION has been covering Pakistan a lot. Mainly been following the farmers against the government on crop funding payment methods. Also, I do not watch any TV. Just don’t have the time and I hate commercials. You could have talked about her on this site. I only view about four categories. I don’t know how you find the time. We have had high winds here. That’s the reason I have had time the last couple of day to respond.
I just googled Malala Y on Fox News and got pages of hits. If you missed that story, I find it questionable that you are paying much attention. The way you connect things, it appears you have selective memory and only hear what you want to hear.
How could one not have heard of her? The Taliban shot her in the face or close to it, attempting to kill her because she was fighting for education for all girls in her country. She made big news. She survived and is still an activist for women and girls in Muslim countries.
Funny I googled “Malala Y” and nothing came up under Fox News in ten pages of “Malala Y” google searches. Then went to my Fox News site and entered “Malala Y” and three hits came on screen.

OK you convinced me. I am totally absent minded. This was no doubt a front-page world-shattering story that totally went by me. No doubt it was a front cover story of all the major magazines. Please don’t tell any of my friends that I missed the story of the century. They will be ashamed of me if they knew I missed a big news story about a girl activist in the Muslim countries. May end up banned from coffee at the senior center. I am hanging my head in shame.

It looks like Russia has come to the rescue of the Ukrainian people by invading Ukrainian territory and shelling the resistance with heavy artillery and missiles.
Interestingly, I see no welcome flowers being offered to the “liberators”.
I do see death and destruction. Strange what peace can look like after all the lofty rhetoric.
I’m beginning to think FOX “news” is a communist propaganda organ. They seem quite pleased with Ukraine’s plight.

I probably watched the same Fox story. This is my take.
It looks like Russia has come to the rescue of the Russian-Ukrainian separatist groups involved in the eight-year Russo-Ukrainian War. Between Ukrainian speaking nationalists and the Russian speaking nationalists of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic.
Eight years, eleven agreement and no end in sight. Until Putin decided to bring this fiasco to a close. The question now is will Putin stop at the war conflict line or take over all of Donbas and Luhansk? Due to the Big Guy, who according to his son’s laptop, has been profiting from Russia. Putin may at this time decide to take all of Ukraine. That is the 64M dollar question.
That what I do a lot. A picture of can tell a thousand words.
Take a course at your local bar. Learn what is humor and what is news. If Fox doesn’t make you smile or laugh out loud. Then your not getting the pitch of the news.

I think of all the people in those bars that are getting it and believe it, you fool. You don’t have to worry about me. Worry about the gun-toting Nationalists who want to “cleanse” the US from “colored people” because they pose a threat to their existence as presented by the humorous Fox News bile.
Was Joseph Goebbels a humorous NAZI newscaster? Well, those who laughed at this clown, did live to regret there “inattention” to the disease that was rotting at the heart of Germany at that time.
Trump was the one bad apple that started the internal rot in the US. Let’s hope we don’t get to regret our laughter at Fox News humor.
Goebbels played the people like the Democrats are doing. Playing on their greed and fault caste which had been crushed by reality. He told the people blame it on some one else. The Democrats caste is being crushed right now by Biden. Of course, they will blame Trump. Not going to look in the mirror.
