Yep. Something else like this came out a few months ago. I haven’t yet talked to anyone who actually defends it, but it’s just saying what they think in an explicit way, and saying it’s law. It’s unenforceable unless you count militarized police and corrupt judges. Which is where we are, protestors against masked law enforcement.
