Yes its running but apparently in reverse. I am kind of an expert at screwing things up but I don’t ever recall doing it on purpose.

I wouldn’t use those words, but yes, it seems like the move was a complete dud. The forum tool itself is a complete dud, especially compared to so many that are out there, even freebies. The better thing to have done would have been to establish a brand new forum using a freebie. Then keep the old one as an archive for a certain time period. Being dead for so long really hurt things. And any effort to attract new users now will only run into the forum tool’s inadequacy. I still do appreciate the effort. I don’t think the admins are like full time paid IT guys. I’m guessing they did the best they could given a bad hand.

Believe it’s at the top right corner. How good a function it is I have no clue. The search function on the old forum was nearly unusable FWIW.

I was wondering how I could go about finding the following thread from 2014 - unfortunately i don’t recall the title.

Is that old stuff still accessible or has it all been flushed?

Hi CC, they didn’t import all of the threads from the old forum, only the more recent ones. Apparently it was a lot of work to import old threads.

I have no clue if any particular thread is still available or if it is how to find it. The search function on the old forum was useless as perhaps you can recall. Not sure if the search function on this one is any better, but you might try it if you can recall any important content within the thread. I haven’t tried the search function but I think it’s in the upper right corner.

Here’s an issue which is annoying me. Sometimes the status line will say that a topic has been updated since I logged in last, but the update does not actually appear on the thread. For example, I just received an email telling me that Patrick D had posted an update on his topic “Avengers: Endgame”. I was looking forward to replying to his update, but the update does not appear on the thread! I tried clicking the Refresh button, but it doesn’t change anything. What’s going on?
