On a more optimistic note:
Biden can now claim that in spite of a pandemic, natural disasters, and an insurrection, he has been able to preserve our Democracy, as well as advance the Nation’s Economy and Living standard.
These are the marks of a great statesman and successful leader!

That is what we do and we haven’t gotten (haven’t tested positive yet). It’s the yet that worries me, thus we continue doing what we’re doing.
Mask up if heading into a crowd, great suggestion,
(fortunately, I live in a very uncrowded place.)
I’ll certainly follow it next time I need to get on a plane.
Not just one, I double up, helps keep the first one snug as a bug in a rug.
If you get ill, certainly isolate, that is also a great suggestion.
Keeping your distance from people is a good way to avoid an uncouth fool sneezing into your face. It happens and people do get ill from it. Being masked while the said bodily assault is happening, is so much the better, for healthy outcomes.
If you have any health challenges, it’s probably also a great idea not to invite some unfamiliar person into your home. Or a familiar sick one, without precautions.
Last thing one wants is a house full of someone else’s virus infested aerosols floating around.
I do the elbow, but also crouch down to keep it low, although having a hanky handy is best.
We shouldn’t forget that every situation and place is unique, use common sense, the basics of good hygiene and disease prevention are about as simple and straightforward as it gets in this world of ours.
Respecting and even caring about other humans, even the ones you don’t know is also part of this healthy habits and behaviors, but we live in curious times.
Our society has created too many angry, bitter, hateful people with disruption and destruction lust in their hearts.
