It’s all a bit dreamy, isn’t it? It’s like we’ve woken up inside of the American Dream.
That it happened in Ukraine, of all places, in a meat grinder; it’s sloppy joe’s all over again at Godzilla’s tonight. Dreamy. The incoherency of it all is a bit much, and yet for those who lap it up; well, I can only imagine the future condition of these poor ashen soles. Back when we hollowed out other countries it seemed ok, but hollow is as hollow was and here the truth rings hollow, hollow, and hollow again.
Old new for some, and the sad thing is that this is probably new news for you.
Now, you could take that as an insult, or you could do a bit of research.
I suggest in these times that it is time to do a bit of research.
This does not mean following standard sources.
The situation is stark.
We are headed into the dark.
While you still have some internet access do your research, people.
Seek the truth, and speak your truth.

Either one of these makes your post against the guidelines. The insult, obviously. Saying we haven’t done our research is still an accusation of ignorance or stupidity. Linking, and only saying “read this” is okay sometimes, but you do it way too much. You put up an article, say it proves something, vaguely, don’t follow up later. Generally don’t engage in dialog.
Doesnt promote dialog when you dont read it in the first place. If it was me and was general interested in the topic, i would open the link, read it and make comment if i wish about what i agree or disagree and the reasons why. Or i could choose not to respond at all.
What do you fear most?”
"I fear that love is not enough "
And you repeat the very mistakes I just pointed out. You assume I am not familiar with the topic. You assume I need to read this particular link to be able to have a dialog. Worse, you demand I read it, and that I make a comment to get the conversation going, when what I pointed out is, the post did not start a conversation. The two of you are folks standing around at parties trying to sound smart by saying, “hey, did you read that article in that paper about that person, wow, that was weird, huh?” and then have little or no original thoughts on it if someone responds.
No one is demanding anything of you. The links posted are to highlight that there is an alternative narrative out there to what is being portrayed by the West. The mistake you make is that you ask questions that are already answered in the link provided

“Demand” may have been to strong of a word. You suggested a conditional for engagement. I had already suggested a different condition. Seems were at a standoff.
On another thread, I asked if you agreed with the conclusion of your link. You didn’t answer.
I accept that it’s not a condition. however, you have not demonstrated what you say you would do. I have read some of your links, attempted to engage, and you have not reciprocated.
Glad to see you’re still anti-vaccine and pushing the propaganda. I’ve had 5 COVID vaccinations (4 Moderna and 1 Pfizer) and it’s been almost a year since the last one and I plan on getting a 6th one this fall. It will be 5 for my husband. Again, you’re listening to garbage.
As the mRNA vaccine leaves the deltoid muscle in the arm as lipid nanoparticles, it breaks down, but the makers stabilized the mRNA. As it makes its way to any cell of the body, the immune system attacks that cell as a result of the foreign material. Potentially months later this reaction could be going on. In the heart, where electical flow occurs across the muscle these injuries (myocarditis) are potentially fatal.
What’s a lay person supposed to do with a statement like that anyways. Everything is potentially fatal, so that’s plenty dramatic, but it doesn’t speak to how realistic that suggestion is.
I know experts aren’t alway correct, and I know our health system has been somewhat hijacked by profits over people, but still I believe there’s more honesty and professionalism there - than among those who pretend under-educated people are right to question experts, without taking the time to fully understand what they are even talking about.
I’m right there with you Mriana, I’m happy to have received all my COVID vaccinations and intend to get the next one soon as it’s available. Having contracted COVID, with ever so mild symptoms and only one day of bed rest, I’m happy to give the vaccination all the credit for that excellent outcome and be counted as among the science believers.
Hundreds of millions of people in the United States have received COVID-19 vaccines under the most intense safety monitoring in U.S. history.
Several monitoring systems continue to track outcomes from COVID-19 vaccines to ensure their safety. Some people have no side effects. Many people have reported common side effects after COVID-19 vaccination, like pain or swelling at the injection site, a headache, chills, or fever. These reactions are common and are normal signs that your body is building protection.
Reports of serious adverse events after vaccination are rare. CDC and FDA continue to closely monitor several reporting systems, like the
I did the v-safe program. I was given the info when I got my first COVID vaccine about v-safe and signed up afterwards. Everytime a shot was available, they asked me if I got and how I was feeling from. I didn’t have any out of the ordinary issues. I only had a sore arm, like one would with a tetanus shot. My husband got bump with a red rash from his elbow to his shoulder due to his third shot. His sister is a nurse and she wasn’t too worried about it, saying it was a normal reaction for vaccines.
No, it’s not a big mistake. In fact, if you go on JAMA, NEJM, etc you’ll find they are starting to change their minds about the new vaccines effectiveness with the new variant. My husband and I are getting it, despite what the general public says about it. I learned long ago to listen to the professionals and not lay people about medical decisions.
So that means I should risk my life and health by waiting for a better vaccine? The ones we have now are good for now, keeping us out of the hospital, and possibly dying even. The ones we have do what they are suppose to do- keep us out of the hospital and possibly dying, but when the better one does comes out, I’ll get that one. Thank you very much. I’m not risking my life waiting for a better one. I’ll take what we have now.
