What we need is a vibrant intelligent woman, who knows how to talk to people and at least seems human.

I think that it could be changed (without constitutional amendment) by the individual States to award Electoral College delegates according to the % of the votes. e.g., if the candidate I voted for, got 40% of the popular vote, in the State, then they would get 40% of the EC delegates.
So let’s all do that. Then we can have our republic and our democracy both.
