Shot 7 times in the back at point blank range. While his 3 sons, in the car that Jacob was about to enter, were screaming in horror.

He’s in the hospital in critical, but stable, condition. His sons will be traumatized for life and his life could be ruined, in that he maybe in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, unable to pick up his sons or anything a father who can walk can do. Sure he could still play basketball with his sons, but it probably won’t be the same. In Idaho a bunch of armed white guys just pushed past police to enter the House chambers. No shots were fired, nobody was taken down or choked, no charges were filed. Instead, lawmakers found seats for them, in blatant violation of the very rules they had passed. This was the EXACT SAME HOUSE where, in 2014, dozens of protesters who were NOT armed were there, instead, for the rights of LGBT people were told that they would only be allowed in the House chambers IF they turned their shits inside out to hide their message and, when they refused, were arrested.
I’m starting to think that police and lawmakers across the country might just be treating people differently based on long held bigotry and stereotypes. Armed white people complaining about social distancing push right past police whileand invade the House chamber, where seats are found for them. Peaceful, unarmed LGBT supporters arrested for not hiding their message and not moving…I don’t know, something about that just seems different but I can’t quite put my finger on it.

Andy appears to be making a name for himself and making money by delivering skewed reports that present Antifa as a violent group.
There is no crime in American which is subject to summary punishment at the discretion of law enforcement. There is no crime in America which is punishable by being shot on the street (well, not for “Four more years!” anyway). This man’s past in no way justifies the officer’s actions. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law is the law of the land. How threatening can a man’s back be? And why is the normal police procedure when they feel that they must fire always “Empty the clip”? I’ve never been shot, shot anyone or seen anyone get shot, but I would imagine that it very often only takes ONE bullet to make someone a whole lot less threatening. But no number of bullets made him less black, so I have to assume that being black was the most threatening thing about him.
It is more than just the on-going unnecessary killings of blacks by cops. Look at the propaganda machine that popped up within hours and further passed on by the t rump, declaring that the victim, Jacob, was a bad man (with the implication that he deserved to be shot point blank, in the back, seven times, while being no apparent threat.)
