An insider psychologist's view of the t rump's psyche

Thanks for making the point that Mary Trump didn’t know she was taped. I wondered about that when I heard her describing the specimen.
Well, sure. I think you mean Maryanne Trump Barry (the t rump's older sister), didn't know she was being taped. Mary Trump (the t rump's niece) did the taping. (Supposedly she was making secret tapes, to protect herself from being possibly screwed over by the family.)

She only released the tapes, recently, to reporters who were trying to investigate the claim that the t rump paid someone to take his SAT’s. She let the reporters go over the tapes. When they found all of Maryanne’s trash talk of her lil bro, I suppose they couldn’t resist publishing it.

... you forget that he (the t rump) wasn’t born a douche.
I know. I know. But I refuse to feel sorry for him. I mean he is literally a promoter of death of Americans. Many many deaths. And that is just one of his major malfunctions of harm.

He is a douche now. (Apologies to Summer’s Eve products.) And he is also a lot of other WORSE things than a douche.

To Mriana,

Like others on this platform, you have a clear voice that speaks out against bigotry. Sometimes it seems that no one is listening but when someone reads a post written by you Tim, Mr. Lausten, Citizenchallenge, Widdershins and others committed to keeping the message coming that we as Americans don’t have to sit idly by and hear the hateful speech of some who care nothing about fairness and equality, then that flame of justice and human compassion will call others to kindle its promising light. In private conversation or public discussion voices of tolerance and compassion may at times sound solitary and ineffectual but minds are changed in the aftermath of hearing these words not during their utterance. It’s when we’re alone and reflective that truth takes hold of us, not in the heat and moment of verbal argument. To speak for justice and equal treatment for all Americans is to speak for truth and once this message is heard it changes the mental backdrop of those who hear it. They may resist and often do but truth has the power to linger in the mind and slowly pull all in its direction.

I once heard a symphony orchestra in an informal gathering with no audience present for a get-acquainted session. Though no specific music was scheduled to be rehearsed a single player began the opening movement to Beethovens fifth symphony. Soon, one by one each player spontaneously joined in and what began as one player who at first couldn’t be heard became a powerful torrent of harmonized musical sound. Had that single player not chosen to begin and hold to the music the powerful result wouldn’t have happened.

@timb I don’t disagree with any of that. The man now is a total piece of garbage. But imagining him as a little boy and the family life he had I can’t help but feel sorry for little Donny T. As he is now, he can go to hell. But as a child, he didn’t deserve that upbringing.

In case you’re wondering, I definitely could NOT kill baby Hitler if you built me a time machine. Maybe his dad, though, and hope for the best.

Maybe just kidnap him and place him in a home that has love.

Though that doesn’t always work either, does it? (Some people are simply vicious sociopaths from the gitgo I’m told.)
