I would not eat willingly cats or dogs. Once, in Vietnam, I have probably eaten dog meat, not knowing what it was.
Honestly, i don’t have any moral aversion to eat dog or horse meat.
In USA, it was legal up to 2018 to eat cats and dogs, and it was consumed.
