Transform fault

This my friend is a picture of “subduction” where one tectonic plate slides under another lifting the upper plate . This is the process that makes mountains and creates volcanic eruptions from the downward pressure on the earth’s magma and forcing it up as a volcanic eruption.

The force of subduction cannot force the magma inward, so it must go outward and that is causing the volcanic action.
