Jack Smith submitted a response yesterday to Judge Cannon’s order asking the prosecution and defense to outline hypothetical jury instructions. Smith expressed vehement disagreement with Cannon’s interpretation of the legal issues at hand.

when they filed their appeals brief informing the 11th circuit that Judge Cannon, respectfully, doesn’t know what she’s doing.
