The Judge is biased. Anyone can see that.
There is no case law. No judge has dumped on the 1st Amendment like this before.
What is the 1st Amendment in simple terms?
“prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press …”.
That is why the response was “it’s common sense, your honor…”.

If the judge wanted to dig into details, then he should have given them time to get the data he requested. Pick-up the next day. We all know how this is going to turn out. Trump is going to be found guilty. Then it will be appealed and overruled in an upper court. We have the same problems in areas of California. The courts here are said to have the ability to convict a sandwich of murder.
There was no data! The lawyer did not ask for time to get facts .He knew it was an unsupported rumor.
He asked for time to stall the proceedings. That’s Trump’s tactic, the invention of non-existent facts that must be believed. The tools of a con man!
