I remember hearing about this case, but with so much focus on Roe (now Dobbs) it went under the radar. They can coerce kids to pray in school again. This is what got Madalyn Murray O’Hair started, and formed the American Atheist Organization. Here’s the CFI brief

I guess we can now start testing if “letting God back into the school” will prevent gun violence.
