Jesus’ work on the cross gave us the ability to receive his spirit. If you have the Holy Spirit sin should have no power over you. However the tempter will always tempt but it is up to the true Christian to overcome. Those who fail to overcome intentional sin have not yet been sealed with Gods Spirit yet!!
Sin (meaning without in Spanish- fun trivia) or no sin everyone dies. There is nothing after death regardless of believing in Casper the Holy Ghost, but you go on being friends with Casper.

Well being crucified is not the most prestigious of jobs, but in Jeebus’s case, it came with the intrinsic benefit of supposedly saving mankind from eternal damnation. And you basically just have to hang out for a few days.
It’s not like you have to go to work as a cashier at Walmart, every day, every day, every day, year after year. (And then you don’t even have the intrinsic reward of having saved so many from hell fire, you just helped them save a wee bit of cash).

There have been thousands of Gods worshipped throughout history. I deny one less God than you.
There is no objective evidence for any deity. There is no reason to assume existence without evidence. You do not get to imagine possibilities into existence.
God is the ultimate standard, he’s the prerequisite for any possibilities, he’s not derivative of anything in the universe, he’s the only non-dependent being outside the universe, but we are dependent beings inside the universe along with everything else.
You answered “what”, not “how”. If you want a different question: How do you get from this generic definition of God to the God of the Bible? How do you know this necessary being wrote the Bible and directed all the translators?
@dovesong05 How do you know there is a deity outside the universe? How can you be so sure this deity is a prerequisite for any possibilities? Have you tested these assumptions to know for sure? We know gravity exists for sure. We know there are black holes in space. These are things that have been tested. We also know germs cause illnesses and they can be viruses or bacteria. IF a deity is a prerequisite for the COVID-19 then that is a horrible deity, not worth worshipping. However, we do know that God did not write the Bible. Humans wrote the Bible and it was creative inspiration that did it, not a deity and the KJV is the worst translation because it was translated the way King James wanted it translated and not what it actually said.

So they are without excuse. 21 For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
If his attributes are invisible, how do you know about them? Anything could create the world and you would call it God.

I have no idea what you mean by 4 senses. We have 5 senses and we developed these over the course of evolution.
