If this is just a platform for the kind of misinformation that this poster constantly generates then banning is the least of my worries. If the kind of mentality constantly being asserted by the poster involved here prevails then very little will be left to discuss, at some point this stops being academic and becomes existential, I think we’re crossing that line now.
I’d rather be inappropriate and clear than silent and eventually destroyed, the stakes really are at that point now in my opinion. On climate change which Mike Yohe is a consistent and constant denier in opposition to ALL the best evidence and on this issue ignoring all the facts on how dangerous this truly is for us all.

I’m with the author remaining agnostic on this issue until we see the evidence. The CIA has a long history of interfering in foreign elections, and is suspicious to Trump because of his ties to Russia. We know the FBI undermined Hillary Clinton’s campaign. One of my friends published a piece on Medium lat week giving his take.

Growing up in those glowing late 50/60’s, who knew American politics and regular old societal common sense could so easy be derailed. Who were our teachers? What were they teaching us?
