Cosmos created our universe,
Our universe created our galaxy,
Our galaxy created our Sun system,
Our Sun created our Earth,
Our Earth created humans,
Human’s created our Gods.

Yep, that is reducing it to its simplest terms. I am not so sure who all this is good for.

You accuse me of being a reductionist, but I am examining reality at its fundamental level.

Only reducing I’ve done is ordering things into a couple fundamental categories.

In the one basket we have the whole of the material world.
Atoms, molecules, the natural laws that bind them together to produce a solar system and Earth, and her geology & biology, and history*, and beyond, including we human beings. (*Cumulative change over unimaginably deep expanses of time, unfolding one day at a time, accumulating into who we are today and the world around us.)

The physical reality that scientists can study and learn about.

In the other basket, I have the world of human thoughts,
consciousness, awareness, thinking minds, and bleeding hearts.

The landscapes of all our thoughts and all the varying personalities, merging and emerging from within your body, vying for their turn on stage, as we follow those eternal human tugs that most choose to be blind to.

The struggles between our flesh and our spirit that go way beyond the superficial moralistic kindergarten of religious guilt-trips. The world of Gods and magic and I want to believe it with all my heart attitude when forming their impression of the “real world”.

Which is fine, so long as we appreciate that as part of our mindscape and not necessarily a reflection on our actual factual material world.

Then in a flash, we’re back in the world of the tiniest - microtubules at the edge of our imaginations.
Tell me, what do those microtubules have to teach us of the human creature, with its evolutionary legacy of countless emergent advances, built upon previous emergent advances?

What do those microtubules have to teach a regular person about their place in the universe?

Don’t get me wrong I’ve nothing against learning about them, and it is fascinating as heck all thats being found out and how fundamental microtubules really are. But the system that creates this human body of mine, is all about complexity.

It’s like saying understanding steel’s tensile strengths, structural calculations and riveting technology, provides the key insight to understanding the Eiffel Tower.

On the one hand, of course. Without those fundamentals, the structure couldn’t have make sense, and the project would have been impossible.

But in the end, the Eiffel Tower’s construction, and impact, are impossible to grasp, if that’s all one has work with, or to go on.

Yes. One of my favorite scientists, David Bohm, wrote a book about it “Wholeness and the Implicate Order” where he accused modern science of being “fractured” to the point of ignorance of the Holographic Universe.

Leonard Susskind said, “The three-dimensional world of ordinary experience––the universe filled with galaxies, stars, planets, houses, boulders, and people––is a hologram, an image of reality cited on a distant two-dimensional (2D) surface."[3] As pointed out by Raphael Bousso,[4] Thorn observed in 1978 that string theory admits a lower-dimensional description in which gravity emerges from it in what would now be called a holographic way. The prime example of holography is the AdS/CFT correspondence.

That is what being stranded within one’s mindscape is all about.
So caught up in one’s mind, that the divide dissolves between what we imagine and what’s actually out there.

We have no way of observing or verifying such a thing, but folks earn money espousing they know the inner architecture of reality. They seldom acknowledge this is mathematics and guess work, and beyond our ability to observe or test. So what’s going on, testing different ideas for how they grab you particular tastes.

The Holographic Universe, as well as the elusive String Theory, are species of intellectual mathematical philosophical games for fun and profit, occasionally crossing a line and seeming more religion than science. Something I’ve read sterling scientists write, so I feel comfortable agreeing.

Beyond that I wonder what do they have to offer us citizens of the middle ground of matter. You know humans trying to make sense out of their lives and that overwhelming world we’re part off?

Yeah, I know David Bohm is a great scientist with many achievements to his name, still the unobservable universe remains simply that, unobservable.

Why should I care if it’s made out of strings or holograms, for that matter why should I care if Math is God or not. Or if there’s a hidden dimension deep inside these four that create the foundation of our live?

Learning about animals and origins and from living an active, attentiveness and introspection filled life, trying to understand the storm going on inside your head and that sexually alive body we inhabit. Observing our interactions with others and with animals. Heck watching animals reacting to each other and wonder about those origin and our relatedness Those are the wonders of the world worth focusing on, in my estimation.

Yeah apparently it is. Why else would we so glibly be radically disrupting our global climate engine, while destroying huge swaths of our life sustaining biosphere, all the while so easily ignoring basic fundamental science. Embrace Big Lies, rather than go through the trouble of constructive learning, when it come to this planet’s biosphere which we depend on.

Can’t answer my simple serious questions so what’s left, but to shrug it off. Guess that’s the way it is.
