I credit the hult in the decline of the religious participation to the religious cartels non-profit organizations that were enriched with billions of borrowed tax dollars. The massive funding instigated by the progressive left has funded the religious movement in the United Stated for decades to come. Just as the US funds terrorists. Then requires funding for fighting the terrorists. The atheists funded the religious NGO’s and then complains about the results. Not one word was said while all this funding was going on. To bring this up now is disingenuous.
Got that right. Nothing else in this post makes a lick of sense, but yeah, America did that.
For me it makes sense.
By creating taxes exemptions for gifts to non governmental organisations, the left has allowed the rich and the conservatives to fund churches. The money so spent has allowed the church to advertise religion, and halted the decline of religion in USA.
I ma not sure how much of that is true, but it makes sense.
I’ve had to deal firsthand with illegal employees working through lease labor. The Catholic Church has been handling illegal workers since 1910 in America. The church is very organized and can speak the languages and deals on behalf of the illegals. System worked for many years in getting the illegals legalized to be in America working. Once the system got over-regulated, even the church gave up on trying to legalize the workers. Mainly due to the time schedule in the farming industry.
The 21 million illegals crossing the border are not farm workers. And the church decided not to get too politically involved with the path to citizenship. The political aspects of the church are worldwide as the cartel is a worldwide operation with deeply rooted political capabilities. The church has formed the Catholic Migration Services, Catholic Charities and the International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC) for moving migrants over seventy years ago now. The cartel is a well-oiled machine for moving migrants.

The point is there is a new sheriff in town, and everyone is going to have to play by the rules including the elite class.
alas, the elite class, meaning scientists, teachers, social workers, park rangers, air trafic controllers, policemen, and hundred of thousands useful citizens will lose their jobs, will be prosecuted, and defamed.
In the meanwhile, the very rich will be freed of controls, freed of taxes, given public money, and allowed to destroy the environment.
And the poor people who voted Trump will be those who will suffer the most.
