There is every possibility that Chicago will be a superspreader after its Democratic Party-run city government allowed the superspreader Lollapalooza music festival, with its 400,000 attendees, to go forward. In other words, across the US, local, state and federal governments are doing the exact opposite of what is needed to contain the deadly contagion, and promoting policies and events which all but guarantee the continued spread and evolution of more deadlier forms of the ongoing pandemic.
Yes, there is a very great possibility Lollapalooza will be a superspreader. Not just a possibility- it will be, if it’s not already. However, it isn’t necessarily the government allowing the superspreader. I don’t know who is allowing it. I don’t think anyone knows, except those hosting it. Then again, it might be the government. They certainly are not stopping it.

In that series I'm watching, "The Expanse", one of the political leaders said, there is no peace until there is reconciliation, it's just a pause, so, you could say our Civil War from 1865 never ended.

It was a rare use, so you don’t know what his decision or thoughts are yet until he gets back from his appointments and seeing a new baby. For now, just give it a rest for now and allow us mods to discuss it amongst ourselves. Given it was just a one time thing and you’re just now bringing it up several comments later, attempting bait, because you weren’t successfully baiting on anything else, I’d say nothing is going to be done and we probably won’t say anything else about it.

Second, people would do exactly what you just did, take those words and comment on them like a kid mumbling in the back of a high school classroom. Internet forum discussions are difficult even when everyone is trying hard to be clear and to listen completely. They get worse fast when someone is impatient, has an agenda, doesn't clarify, shows no willingness to reflect on their own thoughts and sometimes just deliberately disrupts. That's you in that last sentence by the way.
