Creation of anything out of everything

If atoms are the building blocks of life and are defined by the number of electrons, neutrons and protons to describe its function…but the nucleus is neutral as every single atom has one bar none if it does it hasn’t been found…you could take all the electrons etc away and be left with the nucleus…so you could add the specific amount of electrons neutrons and protons to the nucleus…creating anything out of everything you could strip carbon atoms to there nucleus and produce silicon a vastly different make up, reactive attributes, and definable characteristics…midnight musing-Nicholas A H Wesenberg
Thoughts? recycling gone wild to the atomic level

What have you been smoking?

Aside from the poor sentence structure and overly simplified physics, this sounds like what happens in stellar interiors. That should give the OP some idea of the energies required to remove electrons from atoms.

Would that be the dream of Fusion? https://www.wired.com/2015/11/nuclear-fission-works-fine-but-not-fusion-heres-why/

This would theoretically remove the term “rare metals”

To defend my non existent credilbity (friendly talk :P musings etc) I wanted it concise and yes simplified.
Nick - If atoms are the building blocks of life and are defined by the number of electrons, neutrons and protons
The number of protons defines the element.
the nucleus is neutral
No, the nucleus has a positive electric charge due to being composed of proton(s) and neutron(s).

Incoherent babble.
