Who would the REAL scum rather have as president?

Doug, is it ok to allow folks to throw around the word psychopath liberally with no basis in fact? It's ok to refer to people as psychopaths as long as they are not members of the Forum?
As we have mentioned many times before, the rules are generally formulated to permit reasoned argument and discussion. For that reason we are very significantly more lenient when hyperbolic invective involves people who are not on this forum, particularly public figures. When Donald Trump becomes a member of this forum, we will deal with questions as to whether calling him a particular name is a rule violation.

There’s a simple solution to Trump and his supporters objecting to being subjected to the kind of intense scrutiny that is an integral part of the democratic process, don’t be part of it.
It’s not our fault that Trump is such damaged goods, he’s the one who’s been making all the statements for years that are now being used to illustrate just how unsuited he is to be in any real position of trust and responsibility.

What does the title of this thread mean anyway, that if you don’t support Trump for President then you’re “scum”.
It seems to me that Trump and his supporters like to use the same kind of rhetoric and labels to dehumanize others that in the past have led to some very terrible events.
