Trump news

More like Russia 90% bad. The West 60% good. No? such gradients are too much for your philosophy? Are you a lover of Russia? Do you work for Russia? What is Russia to you, that you defend it and deny any of its wrong doings so steadfastly?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Or would the Player rather bury that story?

Citizen - I told you why this thread is bunk

The rightwing don’t see climate change as a crisis. They see it as an opportunity.

this doesn’t seem to resonate with you

Why would I love Russia? Right wing?

"Why would you love Russia? Right wing?"
That about sums up our question for you.

Player,

Your gotcha riddles are pathetic - when you willfully twist everything into a pretzel - then pretend we're supposed to comprehend what the hell you are accusing, who the hell of .............

Citizen you can’t make heads or tails out of the fact that Russia is lead by a right wing government and me wanting to abolish capitalism.

Are you a player - Citizen?

So that is your agenda – wanting to abolish capitalism? I see why you want to keep that as a hidden agenda. It’s absolute nuts. And your avid support of Bernie must be that you think he would be an ally in destroying capitalism? Again, nuts.

Player, you’re playin’ in your mind in some kind of LaLaLand, and you’re spilling over into the real world. No wonder you cause so much friction. Our challenge in the real world is to regulate capitalism sufficiently. Would you abolish mankind’s use of fire? No. You would insure that it is only used safely.

Timb thinks that capitalism is a law of nature

TimB recognizes the reality of what capitalism produces. (both good and bad) Player apparently has a vendetta against it and wants its destruction. Alrighty then.

Yes the reality. Look outside at the conditions the masses are asked to accept by the ruling class

The masses have access to much of what capitalism provides, just not their fair share. You want to shut down the engine of production of capitalism. That might result in a technically more fair share for all, in that all would be equally screwed. You have a philosophy that is currently insane.

Yes the reality. Look outside at the conditions the masses are asked to accept by the ruling class
Perhaps those conditions have more to do with human greed and gluttony, than capitalism itself.

Besides you silly, we have no real capitalism anymore anyways!

When corporations are allowed to get bigger and more powerful than civil governments you’ve got a monster, not capitalism.

Citizen I would love to hear what your definition of capitalism is.

There is no fair share on capitalism. That’s why call it a profit based system

IMO, Capitalism is a man made monster, that enables humans to take more than they are allowed by the laws of Nature.

Capitalism is responsible for the current man made, greed driven, Holocene Extinction Event.

The monster of greed turning around and devouring its own tail.

Holocene extinction

Extinction event during the current Holocene geological epoch
The Holocene extinction, otherwise referred to as the sixth mass extinction or Anthropocene extinction, is an ongoing extinction event of species during the present Holocene epoch as a result of human activity. en.wikipedia.org

It is so simple. (not easy but the idea is simple) prevent exploitation in capitalism. The outcome doesn’t need to be, nor should it be, that everyone comes out absolutely equitably. But the outcome should be that if some gain a lot, then the whole should gain , too, such that the wealth disparity does not rise unchecked.

Simple idea, but apparently too much for you to comprehend.

No, the outcome should be that when you gain a lot, you MUST return alot. Else the natural relationship is parasitic, where the parasite literally kills its host instead of practicing symbiosis.

Capitalism is man-made economic principle which is in direct conflict with Natural law.

The Exponential Function is the mathematical certainty that when you have a limited resource there can only be limited growth, which is not compatible with the principles of Capitalism.

A Black Hole is an example of a Natural Capitalistic Object. It eats everything until its all gone.

Tim b remove exploitation and we don’t have capitalism. We have something else.

Prevent the exploitation and we have properly regulated capitalism.

We are on the same page, tho you don’t seem to realize it, that the more the successful capitalist acquires, the better it should be for all. IOW, the growth in wealth should be shared such that all experience it to some degree, rather than only a few getting wealthier and wealthier while the rest stagnate.

As far as growth being limited due to resources being limited, I think that it is primarily your imagination that is limited.

Yep, remove exploitation (predation) and you get symbiosis. All organisms use natural resources, but in return also contribute to natural resources.

A tree eats CO2 and contributes Oxygen to the environment as well as functioning as a CO2 scrubber wchich sequesters excess CO2 from the atmosphere. Pretty neat service a tree provides to living organisms, no?

The little honeybee and their relationship to flowering plants provides food for about 70 % of all herbivores. Both pollinating insects and flowering plants feed half the world’s living things, while creating the most beautiful natural art one can imagine.

This example of the results of a reciprocating system by Natural selection cannot be ignored. Natura Artis Magistra!
