They've attacked him with things that unfortunately don't seem to matter. They need to handle Donny the way Donny handles them, and everyone else. At every press briefing every morning at the WH, if every reporter when asking Sandy Pants Huckabeebee a question referred to him as Little Donny, or Donny, then Donny himself would get so mad. And Sandypants too would say that's disrespectful. And they could reply, so it's respectful to call Rubio Little Marky, etc etc. Is that respectful Sandypants? Day after day of this and both Sandypants and Donny would be pushed beyond their limits and melt down.

Referring to Trump as "little Donny' won't have any effect whatsoever - they may as well call him "poopyhead" or something. Nothing the media throws at him would make him "melt down" - he's immune to that. The fact is, Trump can handle the media much better than they can handle him; not to mention a limpwristed name calling strategy would make media look even more ridiculous to the public than it already does.
