We here at the physical layer can not know what goes on in the astral planes . Some people among us has some way to know about the astral layers . I wish to discuss whats and how of the astral world .

OK, I’ll tell you the scientific theory behind the phenomenon of say, an out-of-body experience, such as the sensation that you have left your body and are floating while looking down at yourself. This is actually not an unusual experience and is one of the reasons why the concepts of astral planes and souls (seperate from body) persist, mainly because there has never been a demonstrable experiment which proved that this is actually an act of imagination, or an “uncontrolled hallucination” of your brain and demonstrates any reported near-death out-of-body experiences.
Each one of us experience reality as “best guess” by the brain of what the sensory information coming into the brain actually means. i.e. We do not just see our world, we actually create a mental picture of what we believe we are seeing, which is the brain’s best interpretation of the incoming information.
If you watch this video and really think about what Anil Seth is demonstrating , it all begins to make sense. Trust me, this is mind altering stuff and is grounded in repetitive experiments, the only acceptable scientific evidence.
