As a normal man your role in reproduction is basically contributing a sperm. That sperm that is contributed is then inside the pregnant woman’s body. Decisions re: the continuance, or not, of that reproduction are rightfully, primarily, hers. You can decide what to do with other sperm that you produce. Sure you can criticize and complain and even be sanctimonious if you choose, about your donated sperm, but that is only about your right of free speech. If the woman completes the reproduction, with her body, you can then have some rights of parenthood with the new child.
How on earth could you possibly know how most women feel, or how any one woman really feels, about anything?
People tell lies and half lies especially. What we say can never be trusted implicitly.
I pay attention to what women do much more than what they say, but in this case the two even up well. The overall abortion rates are very low and most women say they don't share the sentiments of CitizensChallenge and TimB.
Regardless of what “most” women think or want, it is the INDIVIDUAL woman who is pregnant that is to make choices about her body. Other women have no more authority over the individual whose body is actually involved, than men do. When those other women make their choice, FOR THEMSELVES if/when they are pregnant, that is as it should be.
