I spent way too much time trying to figure out why corrupt people act the way they do. There are those, like Nixon, who had a limit, he said he wanted to be remembered well, and resigning was the most dignified he could do at the time. There are those, like cult leader Viktor Bernard who trie lying and running way, then tried to kill himself, but eventually confessed his sins from prison. Then, there are those who manipulate their family fortune so they get most of it, then collaborate with others like themselves to increase their power exponentially. They only say they want to help people when they are trying to get something from those people.
Trump, at the recent prayer breakfast, told us that his motivation is his own gratification,
referring to 2024, he added, “I had to win it.” He continued, “I needed it for my own ego. I would’ve had a bad ego for the rest of my life. Now I really have a big ego. Beating these lunatics was incredible … the first time they said I didn’t win the popular vote. I did.”
