Moderators have changed, but not necessarily a cause of anything. There was a bad version of the software, some people left and didn’t come back after the upgrade. A lot of that “diversity” left voluntarily. I don’t do exit interviews. Some people complained about the old moderators. I thought they were fine.

One of us is the same mod as back then and one is newer.
It’s really not that useful. I’m a volunteer, not your employee. You and I have different opinions. I think the data will only highlight that. You see a difference of “double”, I see 8. You see halcyon days, I see about the same level of trolling. I see people spending a few years here then moving on. I see CFI never promoting the forum. I see the normal winds of participation, you see something wrong with me.
If you have ideas about how to improve the forum, I’d be glad to discuss them. You’re not the first one to say there should be more diversity of opinion. But what “opinions” do you mean?
