(red highlights mine, only on what I think are the most egregious, but many of the rest are relatively egregious additions to the, just passed, spending bill, also)
Dodd-Frank: Relaxes restrictions on big banks’ trading of certain risky financial instruments known as swaps. Restrictions were imposed by the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial law.

Campaign Finance: Greatly increases federal limits on individual contributions to national political parties and their congressional campaign committees.

Pensions: Allows trustees of certain multiemployer pension plans to cut retirees’ benefits, keeping the plans solvent without a government bailout.
E.P.A.: Cuts funds for the Environmental Protection Agency; prohibits the agency from regulating the lead content of ammunition or fishing tackle.
Health: Provides $5.4 billion to fight Ebola in the United States and abroad. Leaves the Affordable Care Act largely intact; limits certain subsidy payments to health insurance companies.
Military: Provides $64 billion for “overseas contingency operations," including military campaigns in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria
Miscellaneous:
Prohibits the Fish and Wildlife Service from listing the sage grouse as an endangered species.
Prevents the Army Corps of Engineers from regulating farm ponds and irrigation ditches under the Clean Water Act.
Prohibits an increase on the $230,700 annual salary of Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr.
Requires the Obama administration to include white potatoes in a nutrition program for women, infants and children.
Forbids legalization of marijuana sales in the District of Columbia
