if we cannot tell the difference between higher being, and a god, is there really any difference???
We cant tell difference between something existing and non existing if we dont have objective fact proving that. We can tell only the burden of proof on side of people who claim there is such being.
Yet the question you ask is answered by thelogians in a manner that you should be able to tell difference between God and Devil - which is actually just a personification for good and evil.
