This ain't Rock n Roll, this is genocide

David Bowie was the coolest of all the old British rockstars, it sucks he died the other day]. Too bad he went before the other ones.
RIP, Zig.

Too bad he went before the other ones.
Ok David was cool, and he'd have resented the hell out of you defining him as "Zig" http://www.npr.org/2016/01/11/462653510/david-bowie-on-the-ziggy-stardust-years-we-were-creating-the-21st-century-in-197 Though the reason I posted, was to give you shit for: "he went before the other ones" Seems to me there's been quite a parade of great (and greater) ones who have already checked out.

But yeah, David had a good run, and his music is more fun that most the stuff being put out today,
and he influenced plenty,
so long live the Bowie. :cheese:
One of my personal favorites

even if he does play second fiddle. It’s a kick ass song.

By "other ones" I mean people like Keith Richards, Rod Stewart, Jagger, Clapton - they started declining way before Bowie did. IMO, at least. Plus Bowie was just more cool than any of them.
