I especially liked his riff on “they aren’t sending their best”. His says England didn’t send it’s best either. No country sends their best, they keep them, and they stay because they are benefiting from wherever they are. They people who were cut out of the opportunities are more likely to pack up and move.
He does it with a mock aristocracy accent. Really, gotta watch it.
