A former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser has pleaded guilty to making a false statement to the FBI after he lied about his interactions with foreign officials close to the Russian government -- the campaign's clearest connection so far to Russia's efforts to meddle in the 2016 election.
Kind of hard to claim that nothing happened when trump campaign people have already pled guilty to breaking the law in regards to illegal involvement with Russia. trump's days are numbered...

It’s called treason people and trump committed it, some of his people are already turning states evidence.

Obama really was born in the US and was a real US president.
trump has been a treasonous fraud from the start…

But it has absolutely nothing to do with the president.
Sarah Elizabeth Huckabee Sanders assures me there’s nothing to it.
Besides,
Hell FOX news hardly even aired the story, it must me fake news. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Question of the Day: Why Did Paul Manafort Agree to Become Trump’s Campaign Manager? KEVIN DRUMOCT. 30, 2017 http://www.motherjones.com/kevin-drum/2017/10/question-of-the-day-why-did-paul-manafort-agree-to-become-trumps-campaign-manager/
A Timeline of Paul Manafort’s Relationship with Donald Trump They’ve known each other since the 1980s. By Kate Brannen http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/jurisprudence/2017/10/a_timeline_of_paul_manafort_s_relationship_with_the_trump_world.html Now that special counsel Robert Mueller has indicted Paul Manafort, the former chairman of President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, the White House has already begun to revive its efforts to distance itself from Manafort and play down the role he had on the campaign. But try as they might, the Trump team can’t change the facts. Manafort worked on the Trump campaign for five crucial months in 2016 and was its chairman from May through August 2016, when he resigned under pressure. Plus, the relationship between Trump and Manafort goes back much further. When it started to become clear that Manafort was likely in serious legal jeopardy, the White House pushed the idea that his role on the campaign was minimal. ...
In typical juvenile delinquent fashion, get charged with something, change the subject, blame someone else, ...
This is how Republicans will try to distract you from Trump’s campaign manager being indicted Look over there! JUDD LEGUM - - OCT 30, 2017, https://thinkprogress.org/trump-distract-robert-mueller-explained-807999089c9e/ The intensification of Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Trump campaign’s potential collusion with Russia — as the first indictments were handed down for President Donald Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort and former business associate Rick Gates — has triggered an impassioned counter-narrative from the right. The reaction is seemingly coordinated, with similar arguments against Mueller appearing in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, Fox News, and Trump’s Twitter feed. It’s all nonsense. The purpose of the narrative is not accuracy but distraction. It’s a series of complex, interlocking claims with little connection to reality. But it’s the best the right can come up with to discredit Mueller and the outcome of his investigation.

On what a joke fox “news” is over this.

This is getting rich.

You’ve got to love trump’s panic tweets how this is all a democratic witch hunt and someone needs to, “DO SOMETHING!”
They are doing something, Robert Mueller has caught a number of high profile trump people engaging in illegal activity in collusion with Russia. And the charges are good as they’ve already pleaded guilty meaning there isn’t going to be a trial.
So what trump is talking about is someone taking extra-judicial - illegal - action in response to the US legal system working as it’s supposed to.
That’s not something a legitimate US president would do. It is however the exact actions a traitor would take to protect themselves from prosecution.
And one of charges that trump’s former campaign manager has already pleaded guilty to is conspiracy against the US.
That’s treason…
Do something?
resign and hope you don’t go to prison for the rest of your life trump
we all know you deserve it…

Paul Manafort, Rick Gates and George Papadopoulos are arrested and Papadopoulus has pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his attempts to get illegally obtained democratic party information from the Russian government.
And fox news features the proper place to put the cheese in the hamburger emoji.
And trump tweets about some uranium deal that has absolutely nothing to do with anything.
the republicans are going to get killed next year and they are going to deserve it, they placed a Russian agent in the White House. They can deny it all they want and pretend this isn’t happening but it is clear that Mueller unlike trump takes his job very seriously.

Monday’s big Russia-related news shows that special counsel Robert Mueller is treating his probe into election collusion like a mob case — with President Donald Trump potentially playing the role of Al Capone. Early on Monday morning, FBI agents took Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and his aide Richard Gates into custody. The two men were indicted on charges of money laundering and illegal lobbying charges on behalf of Ukrainian leader Viktor Yanukovych (charges to which they pleaded not guilty). About two hours later, we learned that Trump foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos had pleaded guilty to charges of lying to the FBI. He admitted to lying, specifically, about meetings in which he discussed potentially colluding with Russian agents to acquire Hillary Clinton’s private emails. Put together, the charges against the three men illustrate a clear pattern of using whatever charge you can stand up — even if it doesn’t directly relate to the Russian collusion — to build a case against anyone who was involved, with the ultimate goal of getting the lower-level people to testify against the bigger fish. You’ve probably heard of this kind of approach in mob movies, but it’s also what real prosecutors do. Experts say that Mueller is adapting this playbook for the Russia investigation. “The idea that he would go after the campaign manager of the Trump campaign is just extraordinary — it means he must have great confidence in the case against Manafort," says Ryan Goodman, a former Department of Defense special counsel and editor of the legal publication Just Security. “It does compare to prosecutions of organized crime, with respect to going after someone who is legally exposed … and trying to flip them if they have the kind of information that could really break open the case."

A few things you've missed: Manafort is being investigated for money laundering, tax evasion, and failure to register as a foreign agent for activities which occurred years before he worked for the 2016 campaign. Notice how Trump himself isn't implicated in any of that. George Papadopoulos lied about having contacts with Russian figures who supposedly had "dirt" on Hillary Clinton; it seems the dirt either didn't exist or it never changed hands, so its all legit . Again, notice how Trump himself is not implicated. Media is too stupid to know what they're talking about, they're just hoping something will stick; and you're too eager for revenge to see that Trump will not face any charges.

Thanks for the Fox News talking points. No kidding eh, on the morning they arrested these three crooks fox was featuring where to put the cheese on the hamburger emoji. fox propaganda is not news when it refuses to cover the fact that one of the president's foreign advisors has pleeded guilty to lying to the FBI and is now giving evidence and two other prominent members of the trump 2016 campaign and a former White House staffer are charged with very serious crimes resulting in a $10 million and $5 million bail. But then fox propaganda pretended that trump firing Comey wasn't obstruction of justice and that Robert Mueller must step down for absolutely no reason. https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/10/roger-stone-uranium-one-robert-mueller Aiding someone in treason is treason, I won't be surprised if some of the people at fox at the very least lose their jobs over this and some may go to jail if it can be established they worked with trump to block investigations into his links with Russia. They are all on the same page when it comes to the meaningless Uranium one story, it is obviously fabricated to end the Mueller investigation into trump and his likely treason with Russia. That is also obstruction of justice.
With the first charges filed in Robert Mueller’s Trump-Russia investigation, frustrated Republicans are looking anew at ways to obviate the meddlesome special prosecutor. Firing Mueller would precipitate a political crisis that would engulf, and possibly consume, Donald Trump’s presidency. Earlier attempts at eroding Mueller’s credibility by highlighting his friendship with James Comey, his short-lived successor as F.B.I. director, only succeeded at further angering Trump’s base. But while the president’s lawyers have advised him to let Mueller do his job, expediting a legal process that they believe will ultimately vindicate him, other Trump allies are out for blood. And some believe they’ve found a way to force Mueller to resign without getting the president impeached in the process. “Mueller can’t be a special prosecutor when he himself is under investigation," Roger Stone, a longtime Trump confidant, told the Daily Caller on Monday, hours after news broke that Mueller had indicted former Trump campaign advisers Paul Manafort and Richard Gates, and extracted a guilty plea from George Papadopoulos. And Trump “doesn’t have to fire anybody." The key, he explained, is the controversial 2010 decision by the Obama administration to allow Rosatom, a Russian nuclear energy agency, to acquire a controlling stake in Uranium One, a Canadian firm that had a major mining license in the United States. Around the same time, Bill Clinton received substantial speaking fees in Russia, and the nonprofit Clinton Foundation received donations from entities with interests in the Uranium One deal. Republicans contend that this amounts to a quid pro quo that wasn’t sufficiently investigated by Mueller when he led the F.B.I. “Mueller is guilty of obstruction and cover up in Uranium One," Stone argued.
That right there is obstruction of justice, there is no evidence that Mueller was involved in the Uranium One deal. Stone isn't even pretending that Uranium one is not an end run to get Mueller fired to protect trump. There would be no reason to do any of this if trump was clean, the thing that has trump and his people and some republicans panicked is the very high probability that trump is dirty with Russia and Mueller is going to nail him on it.

I’m also looking forward to the little trump quislings being gone after he is removed from office, the only reason they are here is to shit disturb the way that trump does constantly to deflect attention from his actions.
friggin’ fascists…
