Does the US Religious Freedom Law now allow for seculars to solemnize weddings?

Seems like it would now be… unconstitutional? to not allow for a secular officiant to solemnize a wedding. Thoughts?

The last I heard it is state law that covers this and many states do not allow people to perform weddings who are not inder the jurisdicton of a church. Of course it's an outrage, but it's been the law in many states. I have not heard that it was overturned.
