No entity. What created the chromosomes was “evolution” .
You may want to look up the definition of “evolution”, because apparently you have no clue as to what it is and how it works.

I gave you a clear example how humans evolved from a common ancestor of all great apes and you are the blind man who apparently cannot see what is directly in front of him.
