I know the title seems a bit generalizing but I have to know, what possesses people to belief such things?
http://forbiddentruth.8k.com/manson_nietzsche.html
I’m aware it has truth in the title but bear with me. I just wonder how some people can be so out of their own gourd.
I mean I know some of them use phrases like “so and so was called crazy once and now he’s a genius” but is there ever such a thing as just plain crazy?
Read it at your own peril, but I just want to know how do you differentiate between crazy and smart?
There are entire branches of science dedicated to those questions. Why do you think you will get an answer here?
Because I am unaware of such branches of science. Also I wanted some insight into this particular crazy person.

That’s not really what I was getting at.
Do you have google?
I do, but when I said crazy I was talking about the author of the site
I do, but when I said crazy I was talking about the author of the siteExplaining one particular person's crazy is nearly impossible, as far as I can tell. We can't know the exact thoughts someone is having. We can't know if they are aware they are lying or if they believe what they are saying. When someone can't explain the logic of their words, you can't know if they are incapable of logic or if they are purposely acting illogical. Sometimes, using logic, you can catch them, but they still have to admit that you tripped them up. The sciences I mention can only document this kind of behavior and show brain activity and show how someone was "helped" and then admitted they lied for a purpose or that they did believe something illogical then but now can say they were "wrong". If you figure out something better, you might get a Noble Prize.
Well judging that the author deifiys Manson, believes he is a superior being with access to forbidden truth but refuses to debate his so called "truth (claiming that one doesn’t "have the ability to comprehend it’s depth), and stated that the human race is diseased and that compassion for others is a lie, I would have to say he is crazy.
I’m going to trust you on that. I couldn’t read the thing. It was like a late night info-mercial, it kept telling you there was something amazing, but never actually got to what that actually was.

Mind you the man is a psychopath and takes his quotes as some truth and gospel, a dangerous thing.
